Noday's Pizza & Deli — Restaurant in Ohio

I have patronized this establishment for 30 years buying lunch and today is the last day I will ever step foot in there again. First I want to say I have liked their food and delt with little issues along the years but never complained or stopped me from going here for lunch for my brother and I. I generally spend $25 for us both and usually he is buying multiple pepperoni rolls and other things later for dinner spending more money. I know those women are busy but sometimes their tone is a little sharp but I shrug it off as they have delt with a lot of people before me and im sure most customers are AH's. I was there 3 weeks ago and back today had the same white haired lady waited on me both times. I usually get pizza and 6 breaded wings and today was no different and wanted the same thing. But today was different. I ordered 6 breads drums and the woman told me she had to upcharge me a dollar and I informed her that I have never been uncharged ever. She complained that by me buying 6 drums throws off her numbers but im charged by the pound so inessence pay more because those are heavier than the flats. So she wanted to charge me a dollar more per pound and I decided not to buy anything from them. She waited on me three weeks ago and didn't charge me more and everytime I purchased wings I have never been upcharged. So what was different today? IDK and im sure my little bit of business won't matter to them because they are busy enough and probably won't get a response from my review...

I have heard good things about their food, so I decided to give it a go twice. Both times I was deeply disappointed with my food. The first time I ordered chicken wings and spaghetti and meatballs. The wings were dry and lacked sauce. The spaghetti lacked flavor and could use way more sauce than what was in it. I figured that it was just a bad day for them so I gave it another go yesterday for dinner for my family. We ordered the pizza and wing special. Again, the wings were dried out and lacked sauce coverage and the pizza crust was very soggy and the sauce skimpy. We ordered cheese and mushroom on the pizza and the flavor just wasn't there. Found a place in the Burgh that makes Pepperoni Rolls 3 times bigger than Noday's, stuffed with Pepperoni and Cheese for $7 each or 2 for $13. Blows Nodays out of the water plus NO ATTITUDES!! Jimmy and Nino's at 1901 Penn Ave on the Strip. Noday's should be ashamed of what they sell..
