"I recently visited Bamboo Gardens (12-27) to get Chinese cuisine for my family, and I must say it was another fantastic experience. This was our second family order, and once again, they delivered consistent quality. The food was always hot and ready, and the customer service from Amy, the wife, and even her husband was excellent. I love how they prepare the food fresh and hot every time. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, creating a wonderful family environment. If you're searching for Chinese cuisine in the Austintown Community, I highly recommend stopping by Bamboo Gardens. Not only is the food exceptional, but the owners' presence adds to the overall experience. I truly appreciate the consistency of their food, and I'll definitely be returning for more family Chinese food nights. This place deserves a solid five-star rating, as they have consistently delivered delicious meals, particularly their standout lo mein. We decided to try the food here because all the Chinese places we go to end up with hard, chewy chicken or flavorless sauce. And after trying this place, I can't believe I drove past it so many times without going inside!! Staff was awesome, food was even better. Got two general tsos combination plates with vegetable lo mein, bourbon chicken, and about 9 pork egg rolls. The portion sizes were great for the price, and the egg rolls were actually homemade!! I will never waste money at any other Chinese restaurant, where they give you "vegetable lo mein" with like two pieces of broccoli and tons of snap peas. I'd like to say I'm an American Chinese food expert- Bamboo Garden started out for me by just being the closest Chinese restaurant to my cosmetology school. I went there on a whim one day and ate there almost every lunch break after. I came here so much the knew my order and was surprised when I changed anything up. I graduated school 4 years ago and don't live in Ohio so I'm not around here much anymore but today I went back and ordered my usual. General tsos, white rice, side of wonton soup.
