Disappointment is starting to become the regular at this, and unfortunately, many Rally's locations lately. Focusing on this location and my most recent visit only I gave TWO stars rather then one only because the employee I had the most interaction with was friendly and polite. Friendly and polite can only do so much against a abysmal end product. First I understand a $2.00 "bite box" is not going to be a lot of food but the EIGHT (8) french fries total (total: the full amount of fries including half pieces & small fries) and FIVE (5) chicken bites (these are not like a normal nugget and we're about the diameter of a nickel) is just ridiculous. I have had these boxes before at other Rally's and this is not the norm. Fries had some temperature to them but the bites were flat cold. They had their new Philly Steak Burger on their sign out front with a lovely pic on sale for $2.00. BOTH of the burgers we received were just that... burgers. The burger patty was smaller then the normal Rally's burger but on a different bun (bun was pretty good) and some half liquid Philly cheese sauce. No other "steak" or toppings as shown in the lovely pic, just small burger & cheese sauce/spread. I do not live in the Springfield area and only pass through every couple weeks on the way to Wright Pat. As I am not local and was already on the freeway (no legal turnaround or exits for miles and miles) added with similar previous experience at this location I felt calling would be a exercise in futility. I will be calling the number on the receipt in the hopes it can get this store back on track. Rally's maybe it's time to going back to what got you popular in the first place, Simply make a great hamburger and fries and make them cheap. Drop the nonsense that never gets made right. Stop trying to reinvent the wheel and go with what has worked.
TLDR: If you are really wanting Rally's and go to this location TAKE THE TIME to open your products BEFORE you walk/drive off. Quality has left the building at this (and many) Rally's. Rally's go back to making great burgers and fries cheap and drop the nonsense that never...
Read moreSo I went to Rallys on upper valley at 7:16 Saturday, June 28. The guy that handed me the food and took my card had a sly smile on his face. The person in the kitchen in the back was barking like a dog sounded like a real dog made me feel really uncomfortable didn’t trust either of them handed me my food. I asked him if the district manager still ran this location by her name and he had a smirk/sneaky smile on his face as if he was trying not to laugh and shook his head no. A waste of time, gas and $13 It was too obvious the way he was acting was not professional at all definitely going reach out to someone to resolve this matter. I still got the food that I ordered in my bag and I’m going take it up to management. I believe he was a supervisor on duty very immature very childish punks like that don’t deserve a job grow up. There’s people that would love to have your job. It’s an embarrassment to your company if I could give zero stars, I would like I have $13 to throw down the drain. I didn’t even get to eat dinner tonight. Smh The way he was acting was enough for me not to trust eating this food. I will keep it Wrapped and still in the bag and of course I got to be at work 7 AM tomorrow other wise I would be there first thing when they open but I’m still going take it up there and talk to the general manager. I don’t feel bad about this review at all management can thank the workers that acted like this that caused me to leave this review. Very sad and a bad reflection to...
Read moreMy husband & I stood at the window for more than 7 minutes with no service. Several employees looked at us, but not one person spoke to us. There was only one car in the drive-thru. We finally walked away with no food. This has happened to us several times. (We hadn't gone to this Rally's in months because of the long waits & poor service). So this time, I finally call to talk to the manager. She was of absolutely no assistance and could not even provide a phone # for me to make a corporate complaint. She did admit she was a manager-in-training, but she was left there to run the restaurant by herself. This was our attempt to give them "one last chance to win us back as a customer" and they failed us miserably!! My husband & I run a lawn care business and we eat 2 - 3 meals from restaurants each day. So, it's really disappointing that they still can't get their...
