This long time franchisee appears to be going out of business. They are unable to order inventory for the stores at least in the Newark area. They sold off the store in Heath. The last time I was in was January where I had placed a mobile order. They completed the order despite having no bread and some of the other ingredients. The two ladies spent my 15 minutes gossiping and could not process a refund. One was leaving for the day after they told me the manager would be in later. I contacted subway and someone from the franchise who claimed to be the owner had said it would be processed. It was not. I waited 2 weeks, emailed again, and another 2 weeks no reply. These stores won't be around for much longer if they keep it up. Disappointing for a store with a 3 digit restaurant number having being around for well over 30 years. When the staff came back to the counter looked at me and my 2 children and said you're only allowed to order 2 subs total. I politely told the staff that I needed a sandwich for all of us plus my husband and another child I was told no there was nobody behind me in line there was plenty of bread on the tray to service our family.
