The ice cream is OK, but wow the customer service is abysmal. I asked for a soft serve vanilla ice cream cone with a caramel drizzle. They didnt have caramel drizzle, in fact they seemed to not know what i meant when i asked for a drizzle or sauce on top of ice cream. Ok, then what do you have? Someone was just laughing in the back because of my outlandish request?? I asked the server what do they have? No response. I prompted what do they offer to pour over the ice cream. "Err we have syrup?".... syrup? Is that a question?Syrup on ice cream will just drip off on to the floor. I was shocked to see an ice cream establishment did not have some sort of chocolate or caramel sauce to put on top. Even more shocking they were unable to advertise their toppings and so i just left with my plain ice cream cone. If you go here, be prepared to know what you want beforehand because these people dont seem to know what they are selling. If i order an ince cream cone, how hard is it to say would you like sprinkles or sauce or drizzle or anything with the ice cream. Never been here before, thought we should try! However, when we got up to the window, the workers did not seem to know their menu items very well. One girl didn’t even know what a cake cone was until we had to explain it to her. The family next to us even told us that every time they come here that they have to tell the workers multiple times to get what they want. When I got my cone (a soft serve hand dipped in chocolate) it came out so lopsided and barely even on the cone, seen in the picture attached (then they acted like I was the problem when I asked for a bowl LOL). Also, they forgot about my boyfriend’s ice cream, and in a hurry to make it, they did not switch out the dish previously used on peanut products and used it to make my boyfriend’s order, and he’s allergic to peanuts. The dairy aisle here is decent, especially if you're an ice cream enthusiast. They offer a wide variety of flavors, which is great for satisfying different tastes. However, the overall experience could use some improvements.

While the ice cream selection is impressive, I found that the area is sometimes disorganized, making it a bit challenging to find what you're looking for. Additionally, on a few occasions, some flavors were out of stock, which was a bit disappointing.

The staff is generally friendly, but there have been times when they seemed a bit rushed and less attentive. A little more consistency in service and stock availability would go a long way in enhancing the shopping experience.
