Wendy's — Restaurant in Ohio

I ordered off of the app and went to pick up my order. I had added extra bacon to a spicy chicken sandwich and got a baconator and two baconator fries. Supposed to be 6 pieces of bacon, I got 3. Those 3 pieces cost me $4. The baconator 2 pieces of bacon, do they think people don't know what's supposed to come on them? The baconator fries, 3 small crumbs of bacon and cold fries that I just threw in the trash. Why call in, it doesn't do any good at all. Bringing it to a manager's attention doesn't change anything. I called in and got told just tell them some random manager said to replace your stuff the last time I called, so I'll just see if anyone gives a shit about their business here. I'm about tired of giving my money for a half assed product and no accountability...

My mother's food was so cold, when we noticed we didn't have straws, the person at the window yelled "damn man" we wasn't about to irritate him more. I Don't like when my mother gets disrespected! My wife and I went through the drive thru. First off they were rather slow...next my order came to almost $31; while getting my food I asked for 2 cheese cups for the fries and they had to ring up an order for them and charged me for them.
