Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Oil City

Edit: Im unsure why but the quality has went so far downhill it's not even funny. One time they had to remake my pizza 4 different times because they kept putting only two toppings on when there was supposed to have various. One time it literally came so burnt I wasn't able to eat it(the crust literally turned to dust it was so crunchy), the pepperoni and ham literally smelt rotted. I've tried giving multiple chances as I know they have bad nights, but literally it's been more messed up than not recently.

I ordered the first day they opened, and let me tell you I am beyond satisfied with my dinner, especially with how busy of a day it was! I ordered near 11 pm, the driver made sure to call when close to make sure they came to the right apartment, and ensured we got our food in speedy time! I absolutely love the app, as it keeps you up to date with what is happening with your order, including when it even goes in the oven! I am VERY picky with my steak, and they had some of the best! We personally don't like their Robusk sauce, but we are IN LOVE with their marinara! The app stays up to date, they have great customer service, and even under pressure supply super good food. Id like to start out by saying that dominoes is typically so yummy and our go-to late night dinner option. Prior to this incident, I hadn’t really had any bad experiences apart from the delivery drivers being absolutely reckless on the roads. Anyhow, I’d placed an order for carryout at the Oil City store at around 11:30PM and when the app prompted us to arrive for pickup, we did. My boyfriend went into the shop while I waited in the car. He was in there about 15 minutes before he came back out to explain that they never put the pizza in the oven. I asked if they ever did anything for the inconvenience and he explained that they hadn’t. When we received the pizzas, one was placed in the oven and was boxed, while the other had never been started. Understandably, that’s frustrating due to the app claiming both were ready for pickup. I then walked inside to ask if there was a possibility of them taking money off for the pizza that sat cold whilst the other was cooking. The woman at the front of the counter told me “No, it was just a mistake.” I won’t bore anyone with the details but the woman quite literally told me that it “would kill her” to take a discount on the pizza. I wish that was me being overdramatic. Will I continue going here? Yeah. But the service sucks so there’s my 1-star...

My Family and I ordered on Wednesday Night wanting to try Dominos as many of us had not had it in so long. We ordered: A Large Buffalo Chicken Pizza, A Large Pepperoni Pizza, and a 2 liter. The Food It's self was great, however Knowing that they just opened I was prepared to wait and hour or so figuring many other had the same idea. This is were my review tanks at. I drove down about 45 minutes after i ordered at 7:05, went up to the counter guy and he said "Its going to be another 20-35 minutes. So I went back to the car and waited. After the 35 minutes I went back in and he said again "it will be ready in about 15-20 minutes. Now I am frustrated knowing he lied the first time about it being 35 minutes. So i go and sit on the seating they have provide to find other people that have ordered hours ago and have less than I do. Finally after waiting for 30 ish minutes (not 15-20) I get my food finally at 8:55 almost 2 hours after i ordered and got told it would be ready.

Overall Great food, but just be cautious with the times and what they tell you. Will order again when the buzz dies down a bit and can get my food when it says it will be ready according to...
