My sister-in-law and I were here just this past week and we DoorDash. We had an order come through DoorDash on 2 separate occasions for Arby's. The first night, the order came through just after 10pm. We pull up to the drive-thru and explain to the voice through the drive-thru speaker we are there to pick up a DoorDash order. The voice on the other side of the speaker explains that they do not take DoorDash orders once the lobby closes at 10pm and claims she doesn't have anything on her screen for DoorDash. The second night, we get an order at 9:30 pm and pull up just a few minutes later and the doors are locked so we pull up to the drive-thru and again explain we have a DoorDash order. The woman on the other end of the speaker tells us this time that they quit taking DoorDash orders at 9:30pm and there is nothing on her screen. Read more3-17-13, 8:30 pm. Sunday Night. The smell of something burnt was in the air as we entered .There was only one or two orders before us and I know one after us, so I would say not to busy. My wife and I placed order for two #4s one with curly fries the other with 2 potato cakes. The order came out with fries for each, I told the server and she dropped one order of the fries into the garbage and we had to weight for the potato cakes to come out. But what got us this night was the bad language that was coming out from the kitchen. I know it was at the end of the work day, all the employs was sloppy dressed . Read moreArby's has a very rude employee by the name of Elma...She told me she didn't have the flavor of boneless wings I ordered, I told her it was fine to substitute. So I over heard her telling the customer in front of me they ran out out beef. So I asked Elma why they didn't have the MEATS! that is strongly advertised by your company? Elma said because we shut that area down 30 minutes before closing! Elma was so rude that she closed the window on me, I asked for a manager and Nate and his night crew was very understanding and advised Elma to be respectful to the customer but failed to do so.
