Lovely BESt Lounge to relax and sip BEST coffees inside!!!!!!!! Feels like a luxury boutique cafe with nice tv screens and clean family restrooms very spacious. Manager needs to train that employees are ALLOWED to add "whip cream" to ANY coffee beverage including the Charlie Drink, since I was told NO whip cream could be added to my Drink when I only love coffee w whip cream...it's easier to digest for me too and fun ❤️ Any customer is free to make accomodations or add to something this which is why it's called Dunkins and not Communist lol Other employees AlWAYS add anyways just happens few other times and employees afraid that Manager was going to write them up for adding whip cream to the Charlie Drink. Unprofessional, unexcusable and unfriendly to their staff in that respect. Other than that.... loVe this Dunkins that's very popular, a favorite of the locals and big fan! Please have higher management review the rat traps control posted all over the back of the building along drive through. Having knowledge about this experience from staff, any rat infestation means they "tear through any means and leave fecal matter in things" like FLOUR which is what all the food is basically made of (excluding the coffees, sugar which tends to be stored on other side and the delicious crosissoint sandwiches which come "prepackaged" so that's fine). 🙏Please please solve of course staring from the outside as done since the rat teeth will grind holes in cement of the building to find ways to get in which is a creative Home Depot solution of constant hard work to rid them permanent and have food toxic free. ❤️😇 Otherwise, since sweet place please support at least with their cofees and crosissoints and mug decor since it's local best coffee lounge of...

Went and order three sausage egg and cheese wraps and they give me bagel instead. When the first bag came out, I put it at the window and told them I ordered wraps. I am there sitting waiting think the right order was going to come out instead the rest of the orders was also bagel, I wave to get her attention she walked away. When they realized I was not move she came and said I will make it back but you have to rejoin the line I said no because mistake can make but being in customer service her job is fixing the order I not even care if is apologized she said well you can’t stay there again walked away. So I press my horn so she don’t waste the company food I told her to refund everything so she did and didn’t give me a receipt I have to take picture of it because she can’t get a copy with a lot of attitude so I told it’s poor...

I'm sorry for this review I put in a mobile order and I watched the lady in the window at the drive-thru hand my food to somebody else take it back and then try to give it to me so when I roll up to the window I say how hard is it to refund me for a mobile order because I just saw you hand my food to someone else and the lady open the bag realized it wasn't hers and handed it back I made it very clear I'm paranoid I don't want you to remake it because there's a good chance you're going to spit in it because I'm the crazy lady that's making You remake my food I'd rather just have a refund and go to McDonald's so I just wasted over $10 because they said no no will remake it like I'm paranoid I don't want you to remake it at this point I'd rather just go...
