Found a hair in my food and when I brought it to the waitresses attention she just said “ok” grabbed my plate and walked away, never even came back to acknowledge me never apologized or fixed the issue, and when I went to pay at the hostess stand I told the hostess I found a hair in my food she kinda just giggled and said “oh I’m sorry” so I said “you expect me to pay full price for a meal I didn’t get to finish because I found someone’s hair in my food” and she just acted like didn’t know what to say so I asked for a manager and she said “my manager isn’t here so idk” I just said ok and paid full price. I've reviewed Mom's before but just have to do it again since Mom's added evening hours and steak 🥩 to the menu. As of yesterday they'll have baked potatoes 🥔 to go with the steaks. This is the kind of place where even if you haven't been in for 3 months Mom still remembers what you had last time you were in. The steak was delicious 😋🤤 and Mom's now stocking steak sauce. Eventually I hope they'll have green 🫑 salad but even if they don't I'll be happy 😊 with the other sides. Got the new York strip hoagie and wife got hot dogs. Hot dogs old and overcooked, hoagie, first bite was all fat, chewy, hardly cooked fat. Cole slaw was closer to a liquid than a salad. If I had to guess it was just cabbage, including stem, in a blender with mayo, then pulse until it has the consistency of lumpy applesauce. Waitress was nice enough, and potato chips were good, they were Ruffles I believe. I could only eat the potato chips. Save time and go to 7-11, cheaper and better...
