2 good, 1 bad smokehouse brisket sandwiches! I first had one a couple of weeks ago. Delicious!! The second was delicious! Today, May 1st, my entire order was a flub in quality! My soda tasted diluted, fries were not very fresh. The brisket was a bit charred, and a bit tough. I did not notice whether there was Mayo on the bottom of the other two, but this one had so much it was gushing out the bun; perhaps to try to make the brisket they were aware was overdone not so hard to swallow. I drank a couple of sips of my drink during my drive so I knew I was dissatisfied with it and when I got to my destination I called and asked for the drink to be replaced. Wish I had of tasted the sandwich before I asked for the drink to be replaced! I'm not the hugest fan of the curly fries in general, they're ok. I've been to this location 3x April through today and noticed they're not doing anything to visibly assure customers they're being accountable for accountable, mindful, safe food handling. No gloves. No masks. Though gloves do nothing anyway if not changed time appropriately. The first night I was there last month a older spanish woman was handling stacks of clear cups with the opening of the top of the cups very close to her face twice, I thought "WOW!" She, was handling them the second time how you'd handle a large stack of something by holding it close to your face so that if you if you're about to lose control of them you can steady them with your chin. I thought"Oh my, WOW! The second visit the young thin black woman with the afro rested the inside of the lid of a cup on the top of her shirt and apron to turn it upside up as well as placing her fingers on the inside of lids of drinks. Current goings on or no there needs to be consistent training and reminding not to handle lids by placing your fingers on the inside. When the older spanish woman handed me my change she brushed my fingers with hers, germs transmission risk current goings on or no. Long line today, 5th person in line. Fairly fast service today. 2.75...
Read moreArby's never fails to deliver on taste and quality. Today I walked in to a lunch rush with just 3 employees that's including the manager and They were slammed. The manager making the sandwiches. One dropping fries. The other poor guy running front counter and the drive thru. It was pure chaos and a very stressful situation. Cause none of the customers seemed to care they was completely understaffed. They wanted they items yesterday it's disgusting how rude people are when they want they way. I applaud the way the staff kept at it, was cool and calm. I didn't help maters having to bust a 100$ bill. It took a little time to get my order but it was worth it. Any one of them could have just walked out and said screw this. It warmed my heart to see there are still dedicated hard workers that love serving. They apologize several times the time it took to prepare my food. I told them no worries I don't mind the wait. Companies need to start recognizing and appreciate those hard workers that are keeping your doors open. It's the little guys that keeps your business going. I just wanted to say thank you to the hard working staff to the Arby's by the highway off NW 23rd and Grand. I appreciate you! This is a great crew please let them know they are doing a...
Read moreMy husband and I came here last Saturday for a quick lunch. We love Arby’s. I felt so bad for the woman working there. She deserves 10 Stars! She was working the window, and taking the orders in front. It was only her, and the cook. The cook was being mean, and uncooperative towards her. It was clear that she was doing everybody’s job. She was making the drinks, taking orders inside as well. The cook yelled at her in front of us. She was so kind and patient with the customers despite her obvious stress from her workload. I got a roast beef sandwich, and the meat was crispy/rubbery. Not like a roast beef sandwich I ever had before. I just hope that a manager will read this, and give that sweet, hardworking woman a raise. I feel that during lunch hour an Arby’s should have more staff than that. That is too much work for one person. Also the cook should have not yelled at her. That is embarrassing, and a truly stressful work situation. I hope that woman doesn’t have to work in an environment like that everyday. I’m giving one star, because this Arby’s should make a better work environment for their employees. Also the food...
