My partner and I love and enjoy going to Braums, this one a bit often, my partner had a received a coupon from a baseball game and we decided to use it, we ordered everything normal gave a heads up about the coupon, coming from a customer service worker, everything ordering wise went smoothly on both ends, the problem we encounter was at the window with payment, I believe the ladyâs tag said assistant manager but I couldnât read it fully so I may be wrong and didnât catch her name. She had black hair, opened the window stared did not even bother to say our total, my partner handed her the coupon and the money for the rest of the total, not sure if this makes her job harder but she proceeded to give the most annoyed look, took the coupon sighed loudly and continued to roll her eyes as if we made everything harder. And the whole interaction took forever, from the moment we handed payment we waited quite a while even though our food and drinks were ready at the window, and even a longer wait for our change. While waiting we continued to hear the lady with the attitude complain about how customers confuse her, which is understanding it happens I recognize it myself, but it was just her attitude. The worst attitude Iâve encounter coming to a Braums. At this location there were sweet people a while ago and now it seems like there may be just one or two. This ladyâs attitude problem was such a disappointment. It could have bother her but she did not have to show it directly in front of customers....
   Read moreNot sure why every single time I come here they leave a customer at the drive thru ordering speaker for at least five minutes. Thereâs also nobody else in line ahead. Multiple people end up leaving. I just had three people leave behind me because they left me at the window for six minutes before they took my order. This happens every single time I come. Iâm not coming back to this one. I donât know why you canât seem to get yourselves in check Or in a timely manner. One time I waited here nine mins after they told me hold on. I ended up driving all the way to the Brahms off May and 74th. They immediately took my order and I got fresh food, as it should be. I am still convinced I would still be sitting trying to order at this Braums. Itâs the worst during the week between 4 to 6. People have places to be, things to do, and this is extremely disrespectful. This is fast food. Make it fast or start firing everybody for not doing their job and consistently failing customers.    Read moreWaited in line for 15 minutes. Ordered my single dip sundae. When I went to pay. Cashier said only accept cash. Manager came and took my sundae. Pointed to a sign by a register that was way away from where I could see. Not to mention that i have a hard time reading; what about people who dont read English? The Lady in frint if me waa Hispanic and told me she couldn't understand the signs? Its discrimination if you ask me. Tge manager points at 2 signs and says to me in front of other customers as shes taking my sundae to throw in the trash": look at the signs saying cash only!!!! As i cant read them well and neither could others. Workers should let patrons know before making order that they only accept cash as that's not a normal thing to not accept cards and some people are preoccupied with other stuff to read signs.
