I don't normally like to leave reviews, mostly because people choose to focus on them when it's negative. I will tell you that this situation started negative, and I was on my lunch break with a very short window of time and I don't even get that much food when I come, that being said, very disappointed when I received my four piece chicken strip, strip s'only nothing special, and not only did I have to asking the person in the window for everything I've already asked for ahead (4 ranches, extra napkins) but there were three of the pieces extremely skinny and heavy with bread, and the one piece I saved for last because it looked really thick, was ONLY bread ...no chicken at all! I walked in and asked for the manager and explained that I've barely had time to even do this because I was on my lunch break but I had not been so disappointed with an order before. The manager on duty in the morning of 05/11/23, acted so fast to correct the problem it made my head spin. Well I couldn't get the time back I lost to eat, but she went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and checked every piece to make sure thick with chicken, and not heavy breaded. Even added fries to my order in an extra piece of chicken. I'm very grateful for how this manager responded and handled the situation at this location. I will absolutely be back, better than someone who gets it right all the time (because that's humanly impossible) is someone who acts fast to fix the problem. Read moreEDIT: Two years later, visited again, still has the rude employees and the marginally clean dining area. This store is more convenient for me, but I will drive to the store on Western or the new store on 150th street where the employees actually welcome me, and can count change! If two Braum's stores have excellent service and clean facilities, yet this one has rude employees and marginal cleanliness, then it must be the manager of this store, right?
I lowered my rating to one star. Y'all simply can't seem to get things right at this store.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: This a very busy location, which makes the following criticisms somewhat understandable. I have eaten here on several occasions during the lunch period. The food is excellent. The store is always busy, employees seem stressed and are not friendly, the floor on the dining area seems always to be dirty (trampled on food bits, dropped fries, dirt, etc.), and the tables seem to always have sticky spots and need wiped down.
I have always been able to find an empty table, although it's so busy during the noon hour I sometimes wonder if there will be an open table.
I would feel much better eating here if they hired an additional employee, at least during the noon rush hour, to do some light housekeeping (sweeping the floor) and to wipe...

By far the dirtiest restaurant I’ve been to recently, if I could have uploaded the dirty, sour like mop water smell to this review I would have, unfortunately that experience was all my wife and I. Second, I’ve never felt so off put in ordering for my family. I ordered 3 bags of burgers and was met immediately with an appalled face, and felt guilty for even asking a restaurant to make me food. I was then met with “well that’s going to be a really long wait”, to which I replied, that’s ok and received a sigh of discontentment. I can be honest and say the wait was NOT THAT LONG, around 20 mins, and for a big order like mine, I expect to have to wait places. I was more appalled by the absolute lack of customer service skills this place presented. No one was cleaning, or bussing tables, all around appearances were disheveled and sloppy. Conveniently no one is or was wearing name tags, so I can’t even really hold anyone accountable. Sorry Brahms for the misrepresentation of your quality company by this location.
