So, I will start off saying, for over a year we came to this Braums and got ice cream every single night. It was our thing. We would get shakes, or Sundays, or sometimes food as well. It was great, but a decline in service and Quality started to appear. Unfortunately, it has only gotten worse, and now it's almost not worth it except to get tubs of ice cream. The shakes are now so thin it's like drinking chocolate milk. I'd actually argue, that the Braums chocolate milk is THICKER than the last few shakes I have gotten. Also, you can tell some of the employees use SOFT SERVE FROZEN YOGURT for a chocolate or vanilla shake. I dont know if it's just due to their sheer laziness, or they genuinely are unaware. This usually only occurs if going through the drive-thru. It's just become ridiculous to even order a Sundae, because you will likely get something no where close to what you ordered. It's sad when me, a customer, knows what ingredients are in a Turtle Fudge Sundae, yet the employee getting paid to build it DOES NOT. Read moreThis is ONLY due to the night manager on duty Katelynne who was working the drive through. I came through as always to get 2 large twist cones but in a cup since I was driving. I had two kids in the car so it’s hard to drive holding ice cream on a cone. When she gave my total I noticed it was slightly higher than usual. When I got to the window I asked her the price she charged. She said she charged extra for the cups. I asked when did Braums start charging extra and asked for a manager. She flashed her badge and said she’s a manager very rudely. I then told her to forget the cups just give me the cones. Someone must have buzzed in her ear from the food pickup window asking what the holdup was. She said outloud “They mad because they are getting charged for a cup!!!”. I asked her who she was talking to and she says the front. What kind of manager talks Trash about customers in their face???? This women needs to GO!! She doesn’t make Edmond Braums look good. I decided to disregard my order and went to another location which had Amazing customer service and did not charge me for a cup. I’ve been going to Braums my entire life and NEVER have to had to deal with such rude people...
Read moreThis is the first time I had horrible customer service at this location! I normally go in the mornings and they are very friendly with excellent customer service! The night crew is horrible I went through the drive thru and the lady that took my order was rushing me to order. Another employee wipes her nose and didn't wash her hands.I asked her to put my strawberry icecream on a cone. But turn it upside down in a cup and she didn't do it. I ordered a double dip waffle cone with cookies n cream and butter pecan. She put it in a cup and it was supposed to be on a cone. When she looked at the screen she noticed my ice cream was supposed to be on a cone and not in a cup. She rolled her eyes and went to the side to put a cone on top of my ice cream in a cup and gave it to me. I said this wasn't supposed to be in a cup. I put my ice cream on my cone, she said let me do it for you. I said no it's ok I got it. She slammed the window and walked off. I don't know if they were tired and ready to get off work. But from here on out I will only go in the mornings when the employees are happy...
