Zac partially fulfilled a dream today by indoor skydiving at @iFLY (US)! He's been saving money since he was about 2 to skydive and we thought this would be a good first step! He loved it and his favorite part was going up high and flying! #AdrenalineJunkie

WOW! This was a birthday gift for my amazing wife. Unforgettable. We may have found a new hobby/passion. I felt closer to her before, during and after then I have in years. It was an amazing sight to see my wife, a woman that literally works circles around me and our sons just let go and smile ear to ear like a child on christmas morning. Made my heart stop a few times.

I can not put into words what this experience was like. Flight times seem low for the price but time seems to STOP when you are flying on a cushion of air. Not in a excruciating way, more of a realization of being inside of the moment. I felt more alive than I have in years. When I stepped up to the tunnel every nagging thought and worry of my life vanished. All I could think about was keeping my form like the instructor had taught the group beforehand. Then an amazing thing happened, I was flying and nothing else mattered. The instructor guided my body and gave subtle corrections but mostly just let me fly. With all the enthusiasm and heart felt excitement I can muster, I beg of you, let yourself have this moment. It might help you in ways nothing else can.

To be honest I was expecting a red bull type adrenaline rush. It wasn’t exactly like that. This was more like a controlled ecstatic feeling followed by the realization of what just happened. There is a adrenaline dump, but it was mild for me. I think the hardest part is stepping up to the jump gate/door for the first time. Trust your instructor.

I’m greatly appreciative to Daylan, our instructor, he was patient, encouraging and put on a unbelievable flight demonstration at the end of our flight. The crazy part is that the amazing stunts that these instructors do for your amusement are achievable. Obviously practice and skill progression is required but the staff explains all of that to you. You decide how far you progress.

The staff are all rooting for you and no one is judging you on your ability. It’s a great environment. Even the people waiting for their flight time are cheering for you. It’s a really great atmosphere.

The event coordinator bent over backwards to get me the best deal and ensure that everything was in order. I had questions and they had answers. This is more than just a entertaining night out, you can be as involved as you want. They have a lot of special events for all types.

I was told they have a kids class, prior and current military/LEO etc. days, special ability days and a lot My impression of the this waiting and combining small groups is for SAFETY!

Remember, negative reviews are ONE persons experience. Having to wait for the tests on equipment is for everybody’s SAFETY. This is definitely something I will wait for. My experience was that of voluntary involvement. We were given the option of joining a group or going alone. I realize some people want the time all to their own group. Just clarify this beforehand.

Just be flexible! It’s not a rollercoaster ride in a amusement park. It’s hands on every flight is different and presents it’s own challenges. I had ZERO negative encounters during...

Not what I expected.

The "fly" experiences are timed for "60 seconds" per fly, no more. And the time goes by really quick. The force of the wind tunnel is controlled by an operator thus this dictates how high or low you can fly.

The people and the "instructors" are THERE TO SELL YOU THINGS. They are there to teach you the very very basic, NO MORE.

The first time I visit it it was ok. I saw a quick instructional video, then went into talking with the instructor about what was going to happen, and then into the wind tunnel. This first instructor was actually cool because I felt that he was there to teach me something new. But at the end of it I realized that everything is about the money. They take pictures and videos that you can buy at the end of the session.

The second time it felt like a totally different experience.

First, I was put next to two people which unbeknown to me were much more experienced. And I think that the instructor assumed I was experienced too. So, there I was inside the wind tunnel not knowing what to expect or what I was going to learn. The instructor kept giving me signals and expecting me to perform, while I was feeling lost and out of place. I felt like I was left to figure things out by myself.

Then the other two guys much more experienced did very well. Then it was over. The next round was about to start the same way, except that I had to ask him to tell me what to expect and do while in it. then he explained what to do. I had to ask him. But again I felt no joy whatsoever on the second round. 60 seconds passed and it was all over.

I had paid for a high fly, so I mentioned it. He quickly checked my wrist band and we did the high fly. Again, no joy whatsoever. I felt like I was being tumbled and taken for a ride like a little kid.

At the end of each session the "instructors" perform this "Look at Me" type of stunt showing their skills in the wind tunnel. I am not easily impress so whatever.

At the end, it is all about the money. They don't care if you are there to learn or experience something new. They are there to charge you as much as they can for 60 seconds of blawww.

You will have more fun going to a...

I Reserved 4 SPOT'S A WEEK IN ADVANCE FOR MY WIFE'S BIRTHDAY NEW YEAR'S DAY. AFTER READING EVERYTHING ONLINE AND ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS I PAID WITH MY CREDIT CARD. THE WEBSITE SAID TO SHOW UP 15 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR RESERVATION TIME TO BE ABLE TO SIGN WAIVERS. WE SHOWED UP 30 MINUTES EARLY. WHILE WE WERE CHECKING IN THE CASHIER HAD US WEIGH IN TO MAKE SURE WE MET WEIGHT QUALIFICATIONS AND WE DID. WE WERE THEN TOLD IT WOULD BE JUST A FEW MINUTES. WHILE WAITING A LADY WALKED UP TO ME AND BEGAN TO INTRODUCE HERSELF AS THE 12 NOON FLIGHT INSTRUCTOR AND WANTED TO INFORM ME THAT THERE WERE NO FLIGHT SUITS AVAILABLE FOR ME SO I HAVE THE OPTION TO GIVE THE TIME I WOULD'VE HAVE TO MY WIFE AND OTHER GUESTS OR I COULD HAVE A REFUND. HER ATTITUDE WAS WITHOUT COMPASSION AND COLD HEARTED. SHE ALSO SAID THAT NO OTHER FLIGHT SUITS WERE AVAILABLE IN MY SIZE BUT THE OTHER GENTLEMEN WHO WITH US IS THE SAME SIZE AS I AM AND SHE GAVE HIM ONE TO TRY ON. THERE WAS NO OFFER TO LET HIM WEAR THE SUIT FIRST AND THEN WE COULD SWITCH OUT. IT WAS JUST WE CAN REFUND OR I COULD DIVIDE MY TIME UP WITH EVERYONE ELSE. I OPTED FOR A REFUND AND MY GUEST ASWELL AS MY WIFE DECLINED TO PROCEED WITHOUT ME. SO I ASKED FOR A FULL REFUND. THE MANAGER WAS VERY HESITANT TO REFUND MY MONEY AND KEPT TRYING TO PERSUADE ME TO GIVE MY TIME TO THE OTHER GUEST. I INFORMED HER WE HAD DRIVEN AN HOUR AND A HALF TO GET THERE, IT WAS MY WIFE'S BIRTHDAY, WE SHOWED UP ON TIME, AND IT IS YOUR BUSINESS THAT HAS BREACHED OUR AGREEMENT SO RIGHTFULLY SO I SHOULD GET MY MONEY BACK. AFTER A WHILE OF BACK IN FORTH SHE AGREED TO REFUND THE MONEY BUT I HAD TO REQUEST A RECEIPT SHOWING THE IT WAS INDEED REFUNDED. THIS WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING AND IT LEFT ME FEELING MORE UPSET BECAUSE THIS WAS A SPECIAL OCCASION FOR MY WIFE. THE MANAGER SHOWED NO REMORSE NOR OFFERED ANY FUTURE DISCOUNTS OR CREDITS. I WAS OUT OF A TANK OF GAS FOR NOTHING....
