I arrived before they were closed and noticed a couple people in the drive thru. A gentleman at the speaker, ahead of me, finally was acknowledged. He said ‘I’m sorry, but you will make my milkshake and you will fill it up, I heard you. Your headset was on and you spent the last 20 minutes worrying about a coupon’. After he pulled forward, she said ‘Welcome to Burger King, how May I help you?’ I told her I had a customer order to pick up, and her response was ‘I’m out of Whopper meat’. I said that’s ok, the customer didn’t order a whopper. She waited a minute and said ‘Um no. I’m not making that order’. I said ‘Oh ok, is there a problem?’ She replied ‘Yes. I’m not making that order. We’re closed’. I said ‘Oh ok. I thought y’all were open until 10pm’ (which at this point was 10 minutes until 10). That’s when she turned the outside lights off and left her headset on and started laughing. I pulled out of the drive thru and had to apologize to my customer who wanted to know what happened. They ended up apologizing to me and saying they felt bad that I was treated so ‘shitty’. I explained that it happens a lot more than I’d like to speak on, and I’m just sorry they weren’t able to get their order filled. Terrible customer service...
Read moreThe McDonald's next door was slammed so I decided to find out what was wrong with the Burger King and its two customers. The lady taking orders, both behind the counter and drive-thru. Not only was she loud and abrasive but also just plain rude. As I sat eating my whopper I learned she must also be a manager of sorts. I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable as she sent not o e but two separate employees to check my mealtime progress. I even heard her ask her underlings to watch the number of times I refilled my drink on a 100+ degree day, zero. I felt so unwelcome that I left my meal half eaten and went next door for a more comfortable atmosphere of about 25 or so of my neighbors. This manager?, or whatever, load mouth overseer, must be costing Burger King Corporate thousands of dollars a day...
Read moreThis was the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. We went thru drive thru, got one whopper, no onion no tomato and the staff laughed at us when we Said it was whopper Wednesday. A staff member name Melissa was very rude and short, especially when I took the sandwich back inside because it had onion and tomato on it. I'm allergic and she couldn't give a dang about it. She kept saying I didn't say no onion or tomato when I said 3x. They were also having a training in the dining room and when I took the sandwich back in she had a huge attitude and followed me out the store door trying to fight me!! DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION ESPECIALLY IF THERE IS SOMEONE NAMED MELISSA THERE. Her actions were out of line and the manager had to hold her back from...
