Starbucks — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

So we went through the drive-thru about 20 seconds ago ordered a grande coffee frappuccino in a venti cup made with non-fat milk and extra whip on the top and bottom.

We were immediately handed a grande coffee frappuccino and a grande cup with very little whip at the bottom of the cup and a lot at the top handing it back nicely after giving them a $5 tip ask for it to be made in the venti cup well the gentleman literally tipped my drink over into a venti cup and put about 10 lb of whipped cream on top not on the bottom

It's a simple task when you're asked directly by the person to have it in the top and bottom of the cup to then feel like you're being put out by having to do it again to where you just dump it into another cup and stuff a bunch of whipped cream on the top if you don't like doing your job you shouldn't be there plain and simple

I literally went and got a coffee, which was a white chocolate mocha with peppermint and when I got to the middle of my drink, I was starting to shake it and mix the coffee around and it felt like there was a tangerine size heavy thing in my drink while I was on the highway and I started freaking out and I pulled over and I just threw it out I called them and the lady told me she can’t do anything unless it’s opened up. I’m not opening up anything that might have a mouse in it. I would freak out and I still have ways to go for my destination, but I totally would not want another drink from there if a mouse was in my cup. I just wanted them to know that they need to pay attention, but I truly want to know if there was a mouse in my dream and they told me the only way I’ll know is if I called corporate which I understand so I will give you...

Every morning I look forward to coming to this locations Starbucks! Eddie at the window seems to always make me laugh and smile! He’s a hard working man trying to support his family in these crazy times!

Rebecca the manager is doing a phenomenal job making sure everything is done right and keeping up, from what I see, a VERY positive work environment!

Even thought the coffee is really over priced the two people mentioned above make it work every dime!

I TOLE YALL I WAS PUTTING YALL IN FOR A RAISE!! I’m doing all I can to make sure this store is really taken care of!
