I wish we could give this place 0 stars. This Burger King is the definition of Unprofessional. From the time you pull up to the time you leave.
The young teen was unsure what to do, I ordered two shakes and the machine was down, I wanted my money back and she kept trying to get assistance from a man claiming to be the general manager and he was not helping. I decided to go imto the store and hope it'd be a better way to communicate my ordeal, why did this dude say, "oh well she will have to wait." First of all my guy, that's apparent as you are making burgers and I didnt expect you to drop them down and hop over the darn counter for me, I just wanted to know how to resolve my problem, however I am very patient and would have waited.
He told me that he could Not refund the money as it was done on the app. 🤦🏿♀️. The staff was rude and condescending and didn't even get the order right. It took all of my professionalism to over understand what I am dealing with. I took my order (once corrected) and told him to keep the money. It was so very frustrating because my employment is dealing with the public and I treat them the way I want to be treated, with respect and if there is a problem I make it a point to help resolve as professional and understanding as I can.

I ordered $32 worth of food. I asked for a 6 piece nugget kids meal, I was charged for 8 at $1.99, no toy was in the bag. I asked for 4 whoppers one a special made(perfect) a small Jr which ended up as a regular large. I asked for a small fry ended up with 1 small and 3 large. I ordered jalapeños bites often 8 worst tasting things ever along with the flat no tasting selves. Fries had black spots on them cold. Tina then gave me 5 cups (why 5 when it was only a kids cup I needed) and a chocolate Hershey pie I also did not ask for. I do believe that if "Tina" @ 135 NE 23rd OKC, is going to volunteer to extra feed people at least make sure it's hot! Which I asked for. I would have come back, yet I was on the highway by the time the kids ate. I see why NE side gets bad most things because of people pleasures at a poor rate of quality food. Read moreWasn't very good today ordered a BKXL only to get home and find out what I received wasn't what I ordered. Wasn't very happy at all because I wanted to try it for the first time. My ordered totaled in all about $ 23.00 dollars the sandwich I received was 2 pieces a meat bacon cheese and ketch- up. Didn't take it back because I was to tired to was not happy at all. My suggestion is you all really need to have a employee double check the orders a second time before you give it to the customer in the drive-through because when the employee reads the order back and it's correct you're not thinking when you receive it it's going to be incorrect and then when they hand it to you it's as if their in a hurry for you to take it so that they're not holding up the drive-through. So you all really need to come up with a solution to where the customer received the correct order and not wait till they get home to find out what they received is not what they ordered cause it's really frustrating. That's the employees job to make sure each customer received the correct order that was ordered by the customer and not the customers job because that's what their getting paid for because if we as the customer have to make sure then what is you as the employee...
