It can be very slow!! 80%of the time they have good customer service! The other 20% is horrible. I always get a sweet tea with extra ice. Remind you that their tea is brewed and is not kept cold (it's room temp!!) So when they put the ice in then when putting the tea over the ice the ice melts rather fast!!! With that being said when someone orders extra ice WITH THE EITHER OF THE TEAS! They should firmly pack the ice in the cup the fill cup half way with the teas then add a little more ice then finish filling the cup with tea. Sweet and unsweet tea!!!! 95% of the time I get my tea with EXTRA ICE there is absolutely no EXTRA ICE!!!! I pisses me off every time. There was actually a couple times I have the cup back and asked for more ice and the girl would look at me like shity!!! Or I would hand them the drink back for extra ice and still not have extra ice like they took the drink back and not did it just to be an ass!!! I know some may read this or employees, owners or whoever else and think that I'm not getting much tea with all that ice well let me break it down!!!! I'm paying for the drink/ice, im the one who has to drink it no one else so it shouldn't matter!!!! The mozzarella sticks are always nice and fresh!! Sometimes the bread is dry!! If I could give this place 0 stars I would! These people are terrible! I was a customer here but not annymore! every other day I decide to eat at this place and park in the lot to eat they call the cops on me. Everytime the cop showed up they would look so confused because I’m fully dressed. Now I work at the building next door to them so ofc sonic is convenient for me. They called the cops and told these officers that a black women and a black man was having sex and they ddnt want us there. Mind you I’m a big girl 245lbs to be exact and my black Nissan is very much small not to mention I get a 30 min break and I’m in uniform with the windows rolled down! Half the time I’m outside of my vehicle so no sexual anything happens and my kid is usually present visiting me while I’m on break with my fiance. (I’m also very pregnant) In the end the cops are sweet and high five me each time. I will never eat here and I will Never recommend this place to anyone… they just like to harass their customers especially if you are BLACK and drive a Black Nissan terrible customer service!!!! And I will be looking for a lawyer for false accusations and harassment- and thankfully I keep all my receipts! So I had the worst service in the 12 year's Ive been coming here. I ordered my food through the drive through. I ordered a simple footlong. And proceeded to order another one and The cashier stopped me and said Oh you have two orders? And I said yes then he said hatefully ''well start with that" ! Me and my sis started to pull off right then but instead I recieved my order then asked the young gentleman to come here so that I could give him some advice on how to talk to your customers with respect. He started going back and forth, no accountability and so then I asked for the management and he said to my surprise that he was the Manager and refuse to give me his name. He accused me of being drunk and told me to get my drunk ass out his drive through. I explained to him how I do not drink and never have! I was so disgusted by his display of ignorance. Yll need to train these kids on customer service because he was disgustingly rude. He wouldn't give me his name but he was a young black man with unclean dreds, on duty at night on September 4th 2025. The incident happened around 11:05pm.
