City Bites — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

Stopped in with my wife today and not impressed. It's a little busy around lunch time so I expect things to be a little slower which is no big deal. The person making the sandwiches however either needs some reading glasses or to be replaced. Within five minutes three orders were goofed up including mine. One was a to go order where someone was missing something. Mine was supposed to be a large Philly cheese steak to split with my wife on their sun dried tomato bread but only a regular was made. And right after that someone else's order came up and something was wrong on it as well. When mine was finally done it was on jalapeno cheddar but by that point I was not interested in waiting for it to be fixed. Also says on the menu that it should have grilled pepers and onions which I could barely even find an onion on a whole sandwich and no peppers except for what was on the bread. And menu says lettuce was included though none was put on.

The only good thing I can say is the bread was fresh, the meat had a good flavor, the staff I dealt with was pleasant, and the soda was cold. But if they want to stay open someone needs to work on getting orders right every time. I am not impressed and will not be coming back again I can spend fifteen dollars elsewhere get more and have it be done right...

Love it best cherry peppers around I’ve had to go back and lower my review. I counted the past six visits. Yes six in a row, times my order has been wrong. After the second time I explained it as slow and also always keep receipt to show accuracy and the order is wrong. I do believe this will be my last visit at this location. Each week I drop over $60 dollars on sandwiches and have to return from the parking lot. The first time two kids wouldn’t eat the wrong items so that money was wasted.

Shame on me I went back. Double shame on me I drove all the way home with a complete disaster of an order. I’m on my way back at the cost of two gallons of gas. I had to wait 9 minutes on hold after initial answer to voice my concerns. Not sure why I...

Today is 9th of May 2018 7:21 pm. I don't know what it is about this place last couple of times I have been here it's almost uncomfortable every time I come at this hour I get the round about the potatoes situation that they are out or I get this look from these kids that work here because it is near closing time. They are a bit rude to say the least I am posting this because posting on business web sites there is an answer with here here is a 5 dollar gift certificate shut up.
