Called and spoke to Manager Josh, about there being charred and burnt meat in my burrito. Suggested that I bring the burrito back? Would only remake it if I did that. No dude. Your food was gross. I typically go here for Qudoba, but the last couple times Iâve had it from this location itâs been worse and worse. And word of advice, just apologize and offer to remake the food. I didnât go out of my way to call you guys about my food if there was not an issue. And since your suggestion of me bringing you the nasty burrito so you could check it I guess led me to write this review. Mistakes happen, just own it
Second Review from 2/29/25
Decided to order Qdoba again this evening, Spent 40 minutes waiting for food, called four times each time was a 10 minute wait interval... Decided to call another time to just cancel the food and was put on another 20 minute hold lol. Never even got a chance to cancel my order, submitted a complaint to corporate and requested refund. If one not issues in the next couple days will just dispute with bank. Terrible management at...
Read moreListening skills - Detail Strength They have a random paper sign that says Taco Monday. This sign does not indicate the price. When asked, the lady responded with the price. Once I ordered, one chicken, one steak, she asked "soft?" holding up a flour tortilla. I stated "crispy" and then she proceeds to get two corn tortillas. Having not eaten at Qdoba in years, I just thought this meant you didn't have crunchy taco shells. I was rung up for two steak tacos at $1.59 each instead of one chicken at $1.29 (price confirmed on my friend's receipt). I also purchased Chips and Guacamole for $2.99. While $.30 is not life changing, it's the principle that their communication with each other is poor. She didn't try to confirm my order in any way. I was charged. I paid. I ate. After finishing my meal, I saw a lady eating a crispy taco and then was confused by the entire ordeal. I'll make sure to tell everyone that eats at Qdoba to be leery of this location and to always ask for their order to be repeated...
Read moreVegetarian Bone to pick... I typically qdoba. But this store was the exception and I wont eat at this store again....... My daughter and I went in and like normal she order her bowl and then I attempted to order mine. We ordered similar ingredients.. im a vegetarian and my daughter ordered a bowl with black beans pinto beans and chicken. I order one with black beans and pinto beans only. I asked for additional beans because I was not getting a meat protein. They would not give it to be because they say they would get in trouble for management. If someone chooses to not to eat a meat protein they should be able to be substitutes with the same or equal amount and portions as they did.... they shouldn't be charged the same amount and ultimately get less food because of a lifestyle choice not to have a meat protein... the employees should be empowered to understand and make that decision... not to mention beans are a much cheaper option that a...
