I went during the hatch chili festival and was expecting a lot of food trucks, and for there to be many different foods to try featuring hatch chilis. There were only two food trucks and only one had a hatch chili inspired dish. Very disappointed. Not even the salsa food stand made a batch of roasted hatch chili salsa!
