Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

This Jersey Mike's location is absolutely terrible. I noticed flies in the restaurant and going in and out of the meat case. I tried to put it out of my mind, but the employees couldn't even make a sandwich correctly, so I had to ask for a refund. I ordered a club sandwich Mike's way and the staff just put meat and bread and lettuce before trying to wrap the sandwich up. When I told them it wasn't correct, they kept going, and kept the sandwich for themselves I guess. Second time making the sandwich, they did the same thing, at the third time, I gave up. How can four employees working on sandwiches not know what Mike's way means? I shouldn't have paid before receiving the correct sandwich. I not only had to ask for a refund, but I wasted my only discount coupon and they wouldn't give it back, they ripped it up. Everyone in this store should be fired, because it's obvious they were more satisfied with grifting opportunities than doing business with customers. Honestly, I'm still in disbelief that I gave them instruction on how a club sandwich as supposed to be, based on their own menu, but no one couldn't figure it out. Stay away from this place, everything in this corner of Oklahoma City is terrible, just go to some other area entirely. I won't be back ever again and I darn sure made it clear to my friends and family that this location is forever a banned...

I have only been to one other jersey mikes and it was such a horrible disaster that I was VERY Leary of coming into any of them again !! However to my wonderful surprise this was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a sub style restaurant unlike the other jersey Mike’s that I had went into this one clean fresh. I had no nasty smell. The staff was absolutely wonderful. They made sure to write down my order and get it made just the way I wanted. It was hot fresh and everyone was polite and even though I had somebody in front of me who had like four sandwiches they were making they still took the time to make sure that they kept the line going and got mine and the mail behind me sandwiches done as well. Very proud guys absolutely absolutely will recommend this specific patient to anyone who ever asks me about it. thank you for changing my opinion about Jersey Mike’s wonderful job guys. VERY terrible customer service and bad management. Came in and ordered a sub when no one was in the store and they immediately charged me for my order. As I waited, no one was making my sandwich. Another customer came in shortly after and the employee took her order and immediately made her order for her as I'm standing here still waiting for mine as they have pushed mine to the side. As the customer was about to check out, I asked the person at the register why they made someone else's order who came after mine, rather than my own. No apologies were given and they continued to stand there and not make it. Manager came out later and offered to make my order after I had been complaining about this terrible service.
