Jimmy's Egg — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

Everything about this place is a zero, except the food , there service is wack they don’t know how to treat customers, and hangs up in your face when your trying to call a order in , I called them around like 8 something am , the lady answered the phone and as soon as I was saying the first part to my order she hung up on me , I thought it was just something on my end so I proceeded to call back , but when I did she picked up the phone and hung directly up , so I called again , then she answers and puts me on hold then I told her I don’t like how her service has been because she never told me she was going on hold I was just talkin to myself , she hangs up in my face again , so I call back again still trying to make a order , she starts to apologize but at this point I just want my food so I told her it does not matter can she just take my order she proceeds too hang up in my face again , so I tried to call back again and she starts picking up the phone and hanging up in my face atleast like 5 times , then they turned off there number when I tried to called again on somebody else’s phone , so I go up to jimmy’s eggs to get the name of the person who kept hanging up in my face and wasn’t taking my order name ,at the end of the day I never got her name but I did get their main servers name which she was very rude , and was quick to try to call the cops bc I asked for a name and her name is jacy, I will never be coming back to this location #find new workers who actually want to...

I waited 10 minutes before anybody acknowledged I was there then waited about another 10 minutes for them to clean off a dirty tables so I could be seated. The lady that asked me if I needed a table cleaned it then turned around and gave it to some people that have just walked in. I asked her how those people got seated before me when they just walk in? She said sorry and went about her business. That upset me so I left and when I left I called to speak to the manager I was on hold forever and the manager never picked up the phone. So I decided to go back to the restaurant and talk to the manager Ignacio was his name. He had a very big attitude from the start, he said he has an attitude toward me because I had an attitude I told him I was upset over the lack of customer service. He said sorry we're shorthanded and that he wished he had a better system of seating people. I told him maybe if he got a piece of notebook paper and a pencil and wrote down names as people came in that would make it easier for him. He said well I'm glad that you know how to do my job so well. I'm shorthanded though and cannot do that. I asked him really it's too hard to get a piece of paper and write names down as people came in? He said well so are you know how to do my job so well is there anything else you need I am busy. I will never be back Jimmy's Egg. That was one of the few places I like to go eat...

Review lowered from three to 2 star after 2nd trip - They kept telling us to seat ourselves, not realizing they had no seats available. Finally one of them looked around as if to prove us wrong and went "Oh..." Finally seated, it was over 25 minutes before they got our drinks and gave us menus, then another 10 before they took our order. We were there almost an hour before we got our food, and they shorted us chicken tenders and got the last one out to us as we were finishing our meal. We then sat forever again waiting for a check and a to go box, only getting attention when my husband went and grabbed a box himself from the server table next to us. As we were leaving, I saw a man complaining to the manager just outside, saying "Darn right I want to write a report," so we weren't the only ones. The only thing saving them from 1 star was that the food was decent this time. I will not be going back when they have plenty of good competition around.
