Ok, so I love Jimmy Johns and am so sad to leave this review, but this need to be known! So when I went to this location I went through the drive thru and ordered a number 12 (turkey, provolone and Avocado) and the lady asked me if I’d like to add on bacon and of course I said yes, because who doesn’t like bacon? And with that I asked for my cucumbers on the side no lettuce or tomatoes. Got to the window paid for my two orders and went on my way. Luckily when I dropped of my husband’s sandwich I checked mine to make sure I gave him the right one and when I checked I realized it was my sandwich but there was no bacon! Now hear me out, normally I would have just gone about my business and no made a fuss about it, however when your going to charge someone $2.40 for two slices of bacon I’m going to make a fuss (and yes I was aware it was going to cost extra for the bacon) so I go back and tell the person that they forgot my bacon and he was very apologetic and was willing to fix the problem. He kept apologizing and I told him “it’s all good, sh*t happens!” So they took back my original sandwich remade me a new one with the bacon on it and then I realized I didn’t get my cucumbers that I’d asked for on the side so I had mentioned that since I was already there. They are kind enough to (what I thought) fix my sandwich and send me on my way. So I get home and open my sandwich and the put my “two” slices of bacon and then forgot to add my avacado that comes with the sandwich!!...
Read moreI love the food, but good grief, this location has some of the worst employees. I used to work for Jimmy John's back in GA, and our crew could have given these folks a run for their money. Honestly, when something is messed up and you go back to have it fixed, why does it take 3 returns to fix the same issue? It's become a joke among my coworkers and my family, because it doesn't matter if I order a sandwich for myself or enough to feed a crew, it will always be mine that gets messed up. The manager even said to me "I totally understand if you decided not to come back to this location because I wouldn't." Well yes, I agree you probably don't want to "deal" with a customer who is frustrated after the 3rd time coming back to ask your crew to fix the same issue, I get that, but that's an issue with your team not me as a customer. I've come back even when things were messed up so I've done my part giving you a try. I reached out to the District Manager who has still not contacted me and it has now been over a month. Read moreI'll start by saying I love Jimmy John's. I used to eat there at least once a week, but as the employee's, or lack there of has been getting worse, I now go about once every other month.
Today was a perfect example. It took 13 minutes from the time I gave my form of payment to receive my sandwich. No apology or mention of the time. This wasn't a one off as it has happened multiple times and has been getting worse.
I also asked for a "LITTLE EXTRA MAYO" I am guessing they heard "use all of the mayo currently on hand". What I received was a soggy sandwich, and I had to scrape off 90% of what was put on there to make it almost eatable.
2 Stars because I like the product, and I used to love this location. I really hope that they turn it around. Perhaps instead of hiring drivers, they should hire some more help inside. I had plenty of time to read all of the items at the drive through window. I might try again and update my review in a few...
