I went there on a Saturday night my daughter loves their burgers. So I got me something else then pulled into the drive Thur to order her food here. I would start saying the order and every time I would say I would like a kids burger with the lady would never let me finish before interrupting me after the fourth time I told her I will pull around and come in and order. As I passed the window she flipped me off remind you my 8 year was with me. So shows the class this young lady named GABBY has as an individual. I get inside. She starts yelling at me rolling her eyes and called me a puta speaking all Spanish like I wouldnāt know what that meant. Well I do. The manager had to pull her away due to her behavior and it was awful if it wasnāt what I promised my daughter that and movie I would have walked out. We got our food manager said sorry I asked for corporate number to call she gave me the GM number he conventionally is on vacation. So called Corporate got a lovely secretary that was nicer about the behavior of this than the Owner. He just said sorry I will check the video and basically hung up on me before I finished telling him the story. All I can say I will never walk back in there if they think itās okay for employees to behave that way and especially in front of children. Restaurants are suppose to be family friendly and none hostel. This places is not. So for the way you handle a already bad situation your corporate office proved to me that this is expected behavior for this location. I highly recommend this not a place to bring kids or to expect just...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreJohnnie's has been one of Oklahomas best go too burger places. They have many other items and some pretty awesome desserts. I used to think Johnnie's was way over priced and for ba k then, it was. However, when. McDonalds has caught up with Johnnie's I'd say Johnnie's looks pretty darn good. In recent years the quality has slipped. A kard though and that is disappointing. I ate there last night as I do every month and in some cases several times a month. My burger tasted good but was way over cooked not juicy and tender but burned edges and dry. There was an over abundance of Johnnie's Sauce on the burger. The group I meet with once a month has about 45 people who attend. Most all of them eat. Several last night complained about the burger being way over cooked. One thing I noticed while waiting for the second burger I ordered to take back to my friend is that the Manager working up front had a terrible case of dandruff. Now I understand that many people can have that problem but in a food establishment. I know it is required to wear hair nests and or caps. These people have to wear Black Polo shirts to work in. Well how's that working for your dandruff sporting Mgr? Buy the way....this was in the Moore Oklahoma location off of...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWell............ our visit to Johnnie's on NW expressway was not so good, My son and I started out by spending 5 minutes in the drive thru waiting on someone to come onto the speaker and take our order, That Never happened, luckily there was no one behind us and I was able to back out and park and we made the mistake of going inside, I made the Manager "Rebecca" aware of the situation in the drive thru and she just kinda smiled, laughed and said Oh, I'm sorry and she blew it off and continued to engage in her previous personal conversation with a fellow employee, Then my son and I sat down and got our food in less time than it took to order it, well the reason they were able to serve us so quickly is because they served me an undercooked burger pattie, I tore part of it off and took it up and showed "Rebecca" and yes she refunded my money,.... for my burger and my burger only, she probably should have refunded All my money in order to make up for the all around bad experience, instead she only refunded the cost of my burger and LOST a longtime customer, Keep up that GREAT customer...
