the last 3 times I have been here the employees have had an attitude from hell. i’ve been extremely sick the past few days and my husband went to get me food and they undercooked everything to a dangerous level (i’m not picky on how things are cooked at all), when we tried to call 6 times to ask if they can remake it or refund it they wouldn’t answer so we had to go up there on the off chance a solution could be came to. I asked if the phones were off and they said they don’t have working phones because of a change of ownership 3 YEARS AGO! (which is weird since it rang through every time) I should not have had to go back to find out if they could do it and fix the issue. this is unacceptable. last time I went with my friend because they cancelled our online order and when my husband went to pick it up they refused to remake it (he is the kindest soul in the world and hates confrontation, there wasn’t a reason for them to refuse aside that it was too busy) and when I went up there they tried saying my husband was being untruthful and they have no issue remaking the food and when we asked for sauces unknowing there’s an extra charge now the manager literally yelled at us and I have it on VIDEO how she was speaking to us, it was completely unwarranted. a change of staff is needed for success of this place or it’ll be run...

Went here twice, the first time was last night at 1:00 in the morning. The girl working the drive through said they are only taking doordash order and I was unable to buy food at that's time. Google maps says your 24-hour location I think you should stand by your word. If you were short staffed and this doesn't happen that much I can understand. Back again this morning I feel like the service was extremely subpar. The food was okay, didn't take too long to come out but only had one napkin, when I ask for more I got handed 4. Overall not too bad but then I used the bathroom. Bathroom was nasty, I'm pretty sure there was puke in the urinal and the worst part absolutely no hand soap, Hand sanitizer in the lobby, and I know not the only one that didn't get to wash their hands before leaving that bathroom. This is post covid we are supposed to have a higher standard for cleanliness and sanitation I think it's pretty important that you keep your bathroom stocked with the proper necessities. Oh and one more thing a lady had to stand outside the woman's bathroom and wait for over 5 minutes so your employee could finish mopping the floor in there.
