McDonald's — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

If I could give a big NEGATIVE star, I WOULD!!!!! First things first, this cleaning lady. If she tells my kids to get out of the play area at 8 o’clock again!!!! WHEN IT CLOSES AT 10!! I was sitting right there when she told my kids they needed to leave! In the middle of a birthday party with cake! Then she came to me and told me we had to leave because she needed to mop. I said I’m not leaving we’re having a birthday party and it’s displayed on the door and sign this play place doesn’t close till 10. She then yelled at me that I couldn’t have cake in there anyways because she has to clean it!! Now, me and my family decided after months, we’d give this place another shot. Surely that b** WOULDNT still work here with that attitude! BUT SHE IS!!!!! And she came into the play place and made the family at the table next to me, PICK UP THEIR FOOD! And made their kids pick up their food!!!! So she can clean the table underneath them!! Then she mopped right outside of the play place door! With our 6 kids, 8 adults, and 4 other families totally in over 25+ in this place. She mopped the floor and put a wet floor sign in front of the door so we couldn’t come out!!!! I moved the sign obviously so we could get our order but she put it back. We watched as she not only made us in the play place uncomfortable but we watched her mop underneath peoples feet at the bar stool seats!!! While they are eating! We had 4 different orders. The first one only came with the kids meals and not the rest of our order. One trip back. The second order never came, so 25 minutes after ordering we made our second trip back. Then the third order wasn’t made right, THIRD TRIP BACK. Lastly, we ordered pies. They said they had to make them fresh. So we went about our business. WE WAITED 45 MINUTES!!!! Our fourth trip back! I said “do you have our pies yet?!” And she asked the kitchen who just calmly said “How many do you need?” When she promptly answered 4, the amount we ordered, I knew they were just playing games and knew we were waiting. They finally gave them to us and THEY WERE COLD!!!!!!! I’m just fed up and disgusted in the lack of customer service at...

Came in at 11 am ordered 2 happy meals and a couple of burgers. A big crowd came in behind me from a school bus (key word: behind). I had already ordered and paid by 11:05 am. I could tell that the employees were a bit nervous I dont think they expected so many people before lunch. They scrambled to get another register open and to accommodate the massive crowd coming in. I watched and waited to see how this would turn out. Several minutes go by as I look at my phone and notice it's now 11:34. Hmm it's now been almost 30 minutes and I havent received my food.. but everyone around me is already eating. I finally decide to go up and ask what's going on since my kids are asking where there food is.. and I'm just told that the order isnt on the screen. Of course it's not going to be on the screen it was placed before everyone of these people ever came in... lol. So I mention that it's been nearly 30 minutes, all she says is I'm sorry about that.. dang couldn't even get an apple pie or something? I was treated like I wasn't paying attention to the orders being set out, then why was I given a locator for table side service? Idk just an overall bad experience get it together McDonalds.. ? When I finally got my food I was missing my fries!!! And the sauce for the nuggets.. like really???? Ugh.....what happened to exceptional customer service?? Am I being irrational here am I asking...

OK, there is a thing where you can buy a birthday cake through the drive-through. They have them there in the freezers and they probably have them all premade no telling how long they’ve sit in there. They’re not like the best quality but if you’re in need of a birthday cake like you know as soon as possible by being by a boom, you pay the little $15 and they hand it to you through the freaking drive-through it’s frozen. I’ve had an issue at this location telling me that they don’t do that when that’s a damn lie I’ve got two cakes from this place through the damn drive-through And they’re saying they’re not allowed to sell it through the drive-through. Why would it make a difference? It’s a freaking cake. It’s a food item just like you would buy a damn cheeseburger. It’s stupid. They just were being petty and they don’t want me to sell it to me through the drive-through. They want me to come aside for what it’s no different if I’m buying it on the inside what is the big deal? Tell your workers to pull the stick out of their butts please that is so stupid And I’m gonna call corporate and then if they tell me, yes then I hope that y’all will make sure that you start doing that and stop lying to people because you don’t wanna take the time to go get the cake out of the freezer because it’s an emergency and I don’t have a cake so childish and petty they...
