Ordered online for counter pick up went to the restroom someone was In the first stall went to the second stall and right before I got ready to walk back out of the stall the person in the first stall had walked out without washing their hands I had already got a look at the shoes the person had on so I washed my hands and there’s no paper towels to even grab the door handle after the previous person touched without washing their hands, so I grabbed the very bottom of the handle after grabbing hand sanitizer from my purse to use afterwards I proceeded to the lobby as there is no other customers in the dining area as when I walked In so I started looking at the workers shoes and I seen a woman at the fry tray placing hash browns in the sleeves, she then walks over and ask how can she help me I gave her my Pick up number when them walks over grab a bag and place a hash brown in the bag walk back to the counter and place the bag on the counter I politely asked to speak with a manager as this is the person that just came from the restroom 2 minutes ago without washing her hands she then had a co worker to translate to tell me that she is the manager 🤦🏽♀️ I first requested that my order be remade and not touched by her because she is filthy and as a manager she should know better, (after explaining that all the hash browns in the sleeves I watched her handle) the co worker goes and replace my order with the same hash browns I then requested a refund. This was the most distrusting thing that I’ve ever seen at an establishment of this magnitude as a restaurant owner myself I would be sickened and embarrassed if my managers were caught doing something like this, When you take on a managerial position you are supposed to be a leader this is the number one way food contamination illnesses are caused looks like someone needs to go back and retake...
Read moreNot your usual McDonald's (or is it! 🤣) well to be fair, many McDonalds' I've visited lately are satisfactory. This one deserves its own spotlight though and not in a good way.. the environment is very unwelcoming - the employees think it's funny when you try to order at the registers while they look at you and chuckle and question the other workers about what is this guy doing at the register. Main menu screen is off, you can't order from a person - you are directed to the kiosk to order. Maybe I'm lazy, idk.. ok fine the kiosk isn't THAT bad, but everything that followed really begins to form the basis of this complaint. So, the kiosk has two features that im sure most of you reading will be familiar with..
(1)the ones that don't have the drink cups attached will have a note informing you to notify the front counter of your drinks to get your cups.
(2) The table locator that you enter the number to get your food delivered.
So I ran through the normal steps, paid, set my locator and proceeded to front counter to ask for my drink cup. After 10 minutes of multiple employees looking at me and ignoring me my number is called by the locator.. but wait.. I selected "DINE-IN" why is my order bagged and not on a tray like essentially saying cya please get out .. and i STILL don't have my cup. I try to get someone's attention, and still nothing. Five minutes more pass by and someone finally comes and rudely asks, "can I help you with something?" I'm sure you can guess what happened next....... UGH!
Food was cold by the time I got to eat, I mean don't get me wrong I love McDonald's when everything is right, but i definitely should've went across to street to whataburger and spent a little more money and got better...

Update 4/9/24: Another big family meal order, another forgotten item. They are incredibly consistent with charging for items that patrons don't receive.
Update 1/28/24: We only order fron this location because it is the closest to our house. We tried to place another big order for our family with 3 kiddos and this location got everything so wrong. We were missing FIVE hash browns from our delivery order and of course we got charged for everything. The bag arrives completely sealed up so it's not the driver's fault.
The fact that the franchise owner never responds to or acknowledges these complaints is pretty bad. The fact that they keep charging for products we don't receive is worse. Please make it right!!!!
Update November 2023: Horrible mobile ordering experiences at this location. We've tried multiple times through the mcD's nutz app and they get it right 60% of the time. And they have forgotten the drinks almost every time. It's the closest location to our house so we feel stuck with a restaurant that can't run it's ordering system.
Prior experiences (2022-2023): Clean restaurant but every time I come here they NEVER deliver food to the table using the kiosk table tent/number system. Five times in a row and counting without doing it. Now, I can certainly go up and get my own order but they need to do away with a system they offer customers but...
