Update:1/3/23 - this was finally handled. I update the star rating from 1 to 2 since this has been settled. The time it took was still unacceptable, but their regional manager has been incredibly apologetic. Thank you.
I was charged for another customers order on 12/18. I got one drink, the other customer had a plethora of items. The staff at the store said the charge would be reversed in a few days. I’ve contacted Level Up, other stores, spoke to the manager, etc. all who keep telling me it will be back on my card “soon”. Here we are on New Year’s Eve, almost 2 weeks later, and they still have not refunded the money. This is absolutely ridiculous. Scooters needs to rethink how they handle these situations. A refund should not take this long to process. They have lost a regular customer due to this, I highly recommend you use cash to pay for your orders at this location as management does not seem to think this...

Both promised they would refund the money & send me a gift card or load it on my account for the error. None of that ever happened. I was super excited to get a Scooters so close to my work, but now probably won’t go back. I feel like the double charge was intentional— how many people just let them scan their app & not pay attention? Many. Normally I would not have either, but I had just spoke with my tax guy. Make sure you get a receipt if you go...
Read moreThe staff needs to be educated on what contains caffeine and what doesn't. Certain medical conditions cannot have any caffeine whatsoever. I told them I was going to get an EEG, and the doctor required no caffeine for the testing, including chocolate. They suggested black tea, chai, and decaf..all of which contain caffeine. A couple of weeks ago I ordered a modified regular chai tea, not latte...because I have to keep an eye on my sugar intake. I ordered a regular chai tea, with Splenda and almond milk. They gave me a chai tea latte. It spiked my sugar and made me really sick. Staff needs more training. No caffeine means no caffeine. No sugar...
