Taco Bell — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

Worst experience i’ve ever had at any restaurant, EVER! There was some people inside ordering so I figured I would go in and order some food. As i’m about to walk in they tell me to leave because they’re closing the inside and there is still people ordering. These people should think about their job instead of thinking about how quick they can get off their Minimum Wage Paying Job. I didn’t think much of it due to many occurrences like this happening before, and what do you expect from a couple of early 20s just trying to make that extra bank? So i go to the drive they order with my family the black lady at the register was very kind and gave us a lot of sauce which was awesome. But whoever put the food in the bag deserves to be banned from even having a job at any restaurant, and if you can’t even do a simple job, might as well ban them from any job at that. It was so bad i didn’t even want to look, they forgot the Quesorita even tho they didn’t forget my side somehow, i still question that very moment every day...anyways, they squished my sisters Mexican Pizza so all her sour cream was on the top of the boxing. Very poor job there buddy, you had one job, at least put the biggest thing underneath it all smh how stupid are some people. They put onions in my 5 Layer-Burrito which doesn’t even come with onions, and i was surprised that they even make the food themselves! I was in shock, and finally they didn’t fill my drink all the way, which is probably a good thing for my health, but now i’m all out of Baja Blast as we speak because of this whole situation. Never going here again unless i ask for the receipt because then I have proof of what i ordered! Life hack for anyone...

This place sucks, especially at night. Ordered last night, some tacos, a burrito with extra red sauce, a nachos bell grande and some cinammon twists, and one of those avocado sauces to try. They forgot the avocado sauce packet, and had to go around for it. Got home only to realize they'd also forgotten the cinammon twists. The nachos hardly had any queso on it, and the meat on it was a sodden, greasy mass. The tacos had the same meat, so wet and solid that it completely soaked the bottom of the shell to the point that it basically became part of the paper. Hardly any lettuce and cheese. The burrito was a travesty, wrapped strangely (we thought it was a taco at first because of the shape, and the tacos being so wet they also felt like soft tacos) and covered in sauce. I'm sure they're slightly more difficult to make with the extra red sauce, but I get them all the time at other locations and never have an issue, they're always cleanly wrapped and perfect. I tossed the remaining tacos and burrito in the fridge to eat cold later; at least then they'll be solid and less messy. And it's not like the place is busy at night the employees just don't seem to care. At all. And we had the same issue a month or two ago and thought it was just a fluke; it's not. We're never coming here again. Too many other Taco bells in the city and Yukon to bother with the garbage...

I love taco bell and being pregnant I have a craving often I go to the one on nw expressway and harvest hills just west of council. I feel like every time I have been to that particular location I always have to have my food remade unless I go inside and physically watch them make it and even then it still has to be remade. I always order double decker tacos easy on the beans and I always have to order extra cheese. If you don't tell them easy beans they put so many on it you can't rast e anything else let alone tell there's any meat in it it tastes like a bean burrito. So I always have to specify easy beans no matter what and even then they almost never listen so I get then remade. I also always have to ask for and get charged for extra cheese because they literally would put 3 single shreddlings of cheese. I mean at almost 3$ a taco it's a little ridiculous.so I always ask for those 2 things and they still struggle with that. So always double check before you leave the parking lot. The last time I went through the drive thru. I ordered my food as usual went to take a bite and there wasn't even 1 price of meat in anny of the 3 tacos only beans seriously.
