Sip N Sno - Shaved Ice Snow Cones & Acai Bowls & Coffee — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

Let me start by saying that this place has the best shaved ice in the metro. It reminds me of the finely shaven ice like I would get back home, and nowhere else comes close to that texture. However, their customer service is lacking. I went in on a Sunday and there were 4 young workers. One was at the drive thru taking an order, one was making shaved ice, one was on the computer, and one was leaned across the counter talking to another one. When I entered, there were no other customers inside. Not one of the workers greeted me or even acknowledged me. It took a while before one of them finally said the girl that was taking orders at the drive thru would take my order when she finished. Really? Four workers and only one is capable of taking an order?? This was not my first visit and not my first time being disappointed with their customer service. On my first visit, I sat in the drive thru and was told up front that they would make the orders for all the customers inside first. I sat in that drive thru for 15 minutes! I really hope the owners invest in training their employees to treat the customer better because the shaved ice is really good, and I would like to see them succeed. Other reviews have said the workers were friendly, but that has not been my experience at all. My daughter said she had also experienced bad customer service there. I would hesitate to recommend this place based on the terrible...

Snow cone fan, here. This place is almost picture perfect. Attention to detail was noticed as far as cleanliness, the amazing customer service and down to the pink sanitary gloves. The flavor was there but missing that umph. Would love to taste more juice than air when I sip from the straw. ...

HUGE fan of Sip N Sno! I've visited their truck location a few times; I very much enjoy interacting with the employees, and the owners are highly creative and original with their premium sweet treats!!! The new location is beautiful and has good vibes. I imagine this brand is going to grow...
