Pros - clean eating space, freshly prepared food, fast service Cons - no original concept in food offereings, expensive for what it is I stopped by this place to try it out because my family likes Asian restaurants and it's close to our new home. This is another "bowl" restaurant, in that the offerings come in bowls that you build, based on your preferences. The location is nice, even if the space is smaller. It was uncluttered and clean, fast eateries. The menu wasn't very large, but had enough to provide a variety of combinations in food choices. At the suggestion of the cashier, I ordered the Spicy Chicken (their most popular offering) Power Bowl. It came with chicken and vegetables (I could have ordered noodles or rice as well. I ordered the regular size for $8.99. I also ordered the four-piece crab rangoon, partly because I like crab rangoon and partly because I wanted to see if the $4.99 price tag for four rangoons meant that they were amazing. I got it to go, and I didn't have to take long. The food was served in a plastic to-go bowl and rangoons came in a cardboard boat, inside a paper bag. I was a little underwhelmed at the food for the price I paid. The food was good enough; it was freshly prepared and the vegetables were prepared from fresh ingredients. However, the food was certainly not any more exceptional than I can get from the competition down the road for a lower price. And the Rangoon was ok, but way too expensive for what it was. They did come with a sweet-and-sour type sauce, which was good. I probably won't be back, though, because I do not think the food, though delicious and fresh, is worth the high prices. I would say that if you like teriyaki, this place might be good for you. But for my large family, I think I can probably get more food at a better price with more options from their competitor that is a mile and a half down the road.

Maaaaaaaaan, I could not advocate enough for this place about a month ago. The food was delicious. The chicken was perfectly cooked and seasoned, the fried rice was fantastic, and the vegetables - oh lawd the veggies were cooked to absolute perfection; not to mention the place was clean and the front staff was friendly. Seemingly the best place to eat with extremely reasonable prices too! But. Now. I don't even know what happened. It's like they fired everyone that worked here and replaced them with people who couldn't care less. The past 2 times I've come here the food was... edible but barely. The chicken now comes with a side of thick char on every bite, the rice tastes old, and the veggies taste like they were dunked in water and tossed into your bowl, water and all. The front staff now looks at you like you're there just to bother them, and they sigh heavily after every order. Not to mention the bathrooms are no longer kept up with. Found a dead cricket in there the last time I was there, and if thats what they'll allow you to see i shudder to think of what their kitchen is like. This place is just bad now, take your 10.00 elsewhere.

I came here to order for the first time and the lady at the front counter was extremely rude. I ordered a Katsu and after waiting for 5 min she then informs me they didn’t have it. She had a major attitude and when I asked her about it she attacked me verbally!! Then I asked for a refund and she said she gave me an extra dollar when she was actually a dollar short!!! Never eat at this business horrible service!!! I asked to speak to the owner and she called the police and talked about my clothes and hair and told me she looked better than me, which is irrelevant. The cook was kind enough to try and help. I would like to speak to the owner about this bad service. Please contact me. Thanks

The food was good but unfortunately I was disappointed because I call our order in so we wouldn't have to wait. We were on a time crunch. I called it in at 6:05pm and they said to pick it up in minutes when we arrived there and paid for the food the order hasnt even been started. The manager got a major attitude with me because I asked for future references if I needed to pay for it with a credit card so the order would be ready. She started screaming at me telling me that this was their second day open. I said I understood but when we called it in it was 6:09 and we got there at 6:30 and the order wasnt even started. Then she started screaming at me about if it's a special mad food then thats why it's harder to make and I told her it was a regular order. She rolled her eyes and then said "again this is our second day", the other server came up and said the order never got sent back. I said oh that's what happened. She said it will be another 15 minutes. They finally brought our order out and the guy that brought it out said you ordered at 630 its now 6:48 you didn't wait that long it was only ordered at 630. I didn't even say anything mind you it was a call in order. Food is good but not sure managers know how to handle their screws ups...
