I love the CSBA and will continue to go there whenever I can to get something done. I have had my nails, hair, make up and a facial there and I loved it. I go often to get a Meni Pedi and sometimes take my niece with me since they seem to be the only ones that can handle people with ticklish feet. I have got my hair done twice their now and love that I can get a cut and color for only $38 just a color at other salons cost a min of $65. Today 6-17-14 I went in and wanted a whole new look a color and cut. I knew what color I wanted but not the cut just that I wanted it short. The girl I had her name was Morgan and she is very sweet and understanding. She was shocked that I pretty much wanted all my hair chopped off since it was to my mid back. I explained that I was recently diagnosed with a medical issue that was causing my hair to fall out and that instead of shaving it all off I would try just cutting it short. She got the dye right the very first time and dyed my hair perfect with no mistakes at all. Was very professional while working on my hair. I wasn't sure how I wanted it cut so she provided me some magizens to look at and I showed her what I liked and her and the girl working at the station next to her described some styles that they thought would look good on me. They came up with one that I couldn't say no to. It was Awesome the instructor showed her how to best do it with my hair since I have thin hair and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it. I have never had my hair this short before and never thought that I would. I love my hair. I have never walked out of a Salon feeling so excited about my hair as I did today. THANK YOU MORGAN!!! I will defiantly be going...
Read moreThe WORST school & the biggest financial mistake you’ll ever make. 30K for a LPN program that is supposedly accredited but none of your credits will transfer! You take science courses like you would any other program and other schools don’t consider it to be equivalent to their science courses. That’s the first issue, considering you will be lied to and told you can move on to your RN & credits will transfer. Not to mention the DON doesn’t run this program properly or professionally so get ready to have 11 months of drama everyday you attend class. She won’t kick out students for threatening other students or teachers. We had teachers scared to teach their own classes and eventually just left due to poor management. My class went through teachers every 10 weeks. I had about 8-9 teachers that came and WENT. No one wants to work here because of how poorly the program is ran. I wasted my time here and the year I spent here was absolute hell. If you’re thinking about it… I’d seriously go anywhere else & save yourself the money & headache.
Also to the admins, I will not be taking this post down so...
Read moreFirst off..... they should tell you about programs you SHOULD take BEFORE you start surgical tech class. I think it's a set up to accept students that don't have classes in biology 1 or 2 and the others. It's puts students at a disadvantage, especially if you are piling work, tests and memory skills all at once. My daughter entered with a full scholarship.... she worked hard for it, she also has full VA education benefits...... She was excited when she enrolled, she was excited when class started, she stayed up till 2,3 even 4 am studying. She was motivated, dedicated and ready ....so she thought. Within a few short weeks it was more than obvious that she did not have the background in education NEEDED to pass tests. These classes SHOULD HAVE BEEN offered or required BEFORE acceptance into the program. Within a few short weeks she dropped from the program, lost her scholarship and tried to reenter in the fall program. Im glad she isnt....she's joing the military and going to get her surgical tech schooling there. Before considering this tech school....consider classes you're...
