Waffle House — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

Customers not filled up at full. But busy for them waitress said. I looked at Cook station and had food all over hash browns all over the grill. She had to wait about 5 minutes to call my order in. When I received I asked for order scramble cheese, raisin with sausage and a waffle. When the eggs came on the plate they were not mixed very well scrambled in parentheses seen a lot of white,and it didn't have any cheese. I believe it was a manager cooking looked at me and looked at the way shirts and like don't mess around and he took and did some more eggs new ones with cheese they also were not scrambled well together with the cheese there was still white in the eggs. I believe they wasn't trained well on when you scramble eggs you take a spoon put it in a bowl and make some well together not two or three turns and then throwing a skillet. I think they also used not the iron skillet or they normally cook them in. Most people don't like to use them do to cleaning. That's for extra apple butter and butter for my grits all was good as for the waffle crispy sat on me counter for more than 3 minutes it was cold and a little dark. Waitress asking everything was okay I said yes cuz I had to go and make a delivery. Personnel management were great friendly atmosphere will return but need to know how to scramble eggs. First time there out of state and will be back. Would like to mention the manager took care of a situation of a customer coming in and had been a several days since they got an order with biscuits and gravy and something else. After 2 days I would have thought that that was more than long enough to bring your return back for something especially fresh food. But he took care of the customer and re-cooked everything redid everything that she wanted plus she wanted more size of ham sides of this hash browns and he was blessed just like she was I believe she was homeless but she wanted more and she paid for it she had a cell phone. Do I need to say more? Yes, the Lord...

3 across the board but I'm trying to be generous because nobody is perfect.

I live 3+ hours away and my town doesn't have a waffle house. When I get to go to one, I'm normally really excited. I love the food and the service we get at the Tulsa location is top notch.

We were passing through town and decided on waffle house - excitement ensued! We got in and sat down and we were immediately told we'd better hurry up and order because other people were getting their orders in. Okay... We had a quick look and ordered.

I got the all-american with a side of bacon. Scrambled eggs, toast, grits.

My husband got scrambled eggs, hash browns, toast, and sausage.

Our food came out and my scrambled eggs were really undercooked. The raw yolk took over a bunch of my plate and the whites were snotty. Other parts of the egg were partially cooked. I didn't continue eating the eggs. The grits were more grease and butter than they were grits.

I asked for jelly for my toast and was handed two little things of jelly that the waitress grabbed for at random. Apparently this waffle house hides their jelly?? And you don't get to pick your own flavors?? I found that odd but alright. I went with the random waitress picked strawberry and mixed berry.

My husbands sausage patties were cooked rare. By that I mean, the outside rim was cooked great and everything inside was light pink and gummy. It looked like what raw meat looks like.

Unfortunately for us, this waffle house location was a big miss. We were hurried and so was the cooking...

The place was very nice. Good people, clean place, clean restroom and good management. I like how it’s in the quiet place, right off of the highway and also access to nearby neighborhoods not too far. It was semi busy and I enjoyed my time there, I am always a Waffle House girl when I see one in new places. I liked my visit to this location, I was hungry and they fed me pretty good 😂 I even had to take out my leftovers but hey I love Waffle House. Few improvements that needs to be done are: I appreciate the limited helpers that were working but one of the waitresses that served us seemed more focused on the their regular customer and chatting, I am sorry but my coffee was very cold and had to try few attempts to get their attention( since I am a bit shy and don’t call them up and make an embarrassment) and felt like I had to wait longer than the other people who came 15 minutes later and got their food first. Like I said I understand there’s shortage of workers these days but these sorts of problems could have been solved if they would have paid more attention to all the customers equally. I have nothing against this location, might just be a busy day, but I am simply stating my experience. Might go there again and...
