I have been going to this location to get food for some years now and I'm finally making a review because I've given them plenty of opportunities to do better. This last time I went was a very last straw. Let me tell you what happened. On February 25th 2024 around 1:15 a.m. my husband and I show up expecting to order a burger on our way home. Unfortunately all we got was extremely pissed off and was forced to get out of the drive-thru line. When we first arrive, the person over the intercom automatically asked if we wanted something that we were uninterested in. We declined nicley & proceed to start our order letting them know we wanted a triple meat Whataburger with cheese. while we were trying to give the rest of what we wanted on our Burger the lady continues to cut us off asking us what drink we wanted. We continue to try to let them know what else is in fact on our Burger that we want to add for the extra cost that they were about to charge us. The lady continus to interrupt us once more advising she has to get my drink first before she continues. I speak up and ask her if she got extra mayonnaise on my burger she says yes rudely and I in turn explain to her I did not even get a chance to say those words because she kept interrupting us about a stupid drink I asked to speak with the manager she said she is manager and she then refuses to serve us. We pull up to the window where we see a black woman with black braids and her hair taking her headset off and not allowing anyone to open the window to speak to us. It is at that time the security guard inside comes out to tell us that we have to leave the premises when all we were trying to do was get a burger ordered. When we asked for the manager's name he refused to give it to us advise we must leave. Just like the other employees wouldn't look at us and were of no help neither was he. The level of unprofessionalism and rudeness was not only unnecessary but unfair and shouldn't be tolerated. My husband and I was having a perfectly lovely evening before these events took place which in turn ruined a great night all because of a rude manager. Now in the past I have literally ordered this exact same sandwich time and time again at this location and every single time they mess it up. That is the reason why I was not trying to move forward with any other thing to order until I got my sandwich correctly put in their system. The sandwich should have been a triple meat whataburger with cheese, grilled onions at jalapenos and add bacon and add extra mayo. It's sad that every single time I go to order this almost $20 Burger it's never correct. So when I'm trying to put this order in the fact that the so-called manager who claims to have been taken my order the entire time would not allow me to say all of this. It's unprofessional and she should be fired. I have worked in fast food and I understand drive-thru and taking orders. this should have been a simple task that in turn was not all because of a rude manager who was not trying to do her job right which was in fact is listening to the customer to hear what they want. allowing me to get my burger order out would have also allowed me to answer any further questions once I was done ordering my burger and it is unfortunate because that is a bomb Burger when its done right the first time. I will not be giving my money to this location until I know something has been done about this! **Edited @ 6:35pm same day * A couple of hours after posting this review I got a phone call from Jasmine the manager at this location who was appalled to hear what took place and what happened. She told me that actions will be taken to rectify the situation and speaking with the manager who was on duty. And she offered me a free meal. I did accept that offer which they finally made my food right! But I'm still much more curious to find out the specific actions that were taking place to ensure this doesn't happen to another customer that's why I changed my rating from one...

Came through drive thru, was greeted properly on arrival and order was taken fairly fast, but that's the only complement if it can be called that...i arrive at the window with a bit of traffic behind me since i came around 8. Early dinner rush i get it, I've work 4 What-A-Burgers. I know the times so i don't mind the brief delay of accepting payment with only one cashier on drive thru- my issue is drive thru training. 1. Always check your tea times. You hold them for only so long before making a new batch(not even sure liner was used from the turnt tea and metal taste? ) 2. You CATCH a fish. 3. If you have to double check an order waiting in drive thru at night that pulls up because of wait, the manager is the only one to leave the side door(never happened). 4. When someone comes in from drive thru because of their order taking over 20 mintues(while serving 3 other orders out the window) a manager should generally acknowledge them instead of hiding by the milkshake machine. 5. You don't slam other people's order around while trying to check it. 6. You don't make it seem like it's the customers fault. 7. Drive thru should not be on cell phones. 8. Don't make fun of angry customers. I've been in and out of this location for over 12 years now, work at my locations for 3, and still can't believe a scenario like this...So 30m wait at fast food where nobody bothered with protocol. No drink, cold food(minus the remake), and not coming back. ...
Read morePaid for my food at 11:08 November 1st, was told to park for a honey butter chicken biscuit meal after already waiting at the window for minutes just to be given several more minutes later a bag that had a skimp medium order of cold fries, and a not-anywhere-close -to-fresh honey butter chicken biscuit. Was also given a cup of lukewarm sweet tea with barely any ice. It’s like the staff was being nice to compensate for so many short comings. Watching several cars leave as I was parked waiting for a small cold one-ingridient breakfast biscuit. I ate in a parking lot a street away, and I have eaten food more fresh after taking it home when I didn’t have to wait. I am a frequent customer and maybe I am considering going elsewhere since it feels like they don’t appreciate my business. I wonder what kind of effect on the staff it would have if other mistreated frequent customers took the same route and stopped going. When the food isn’t bad, the service is horrible almost like I am bothering staff taking my order. Witnessed another individual not from today deny service to someone just because they raised their voice after the order taker couldn’t hear them the first time.
