If I could give 0 stars, I would. My husband and I order here all the time, and honestly they mess up our order every single time. We’ve both been GMs of pizza places before, and we usually just deal with the mistakes and eat the pizza. We always order the crispy cup pepperoni. Yesterday, we ordered and it had some sort of seasoning on the pizza. So my husband calls the store and asks what’s on the pizza. They said it comes standard with that pizza. He said we’ve never had it on our pizza before and we’ve ordered the same thing for months. We understand there’s a specialty pizza with the cup pepperoni that has the seasoning, but that’s not what we ordered. The manager said we could have a credit associated with our phone number to get a pizza next time. We called today to get our remake and it was a girl who answered. She said there was not a credit on the account. She called the GM and he said he didn’t give anyone a credit. The girl said there was already a cancelled order in our order history, trying to imply we’re trying to scam for free food. We order here all the time. If we wanted to complain, don’t you think we would call every single time we order, especially considering you all mess up our order every single time?
One time, the girl tried to give us a discount, but she ended up charging us over 50% more than what we should have paid. Our total was $9.99, but she put a 20% discount on the order, cancelling out our previous online coupon, making the total $17. My husband didn’t have his phone to show her the total we expected and he hates complaining or arguing about small stuff like that, so he paid the $17.
This place is absolutely terrible. They know nothing about customer service, and they mess up every single order. It’s not like our pizza is complicated. We get a Large Pepperoni. Sometimes we get an Extra Large, and yes we can tell when you stretch a large pizza dough into an XL.
If you can’t make a simple pepperoni pizza, y’all are screwed and soon to go out...
Read moreWe placed an order last night and after about an hour I looked on papatracker to see if my order was on the way sadly there wasn’t an update on the status of my order so I attempted to call the store numerous of times and no one answered. I’m thinking this is crazy because what is wrong with these people to feel like they have a right to play with my hard earned money and not deliver a service. Long story short when I left for work this morning the pizza was sitting on the ground in front of our door. Ofcourse it was cold by then and I’m not eating any food that was sat on the ground. So on my lunch break I spoke with the manager of the store in which he has a very cocky attitude extremely unprofessional never gave me his name and hung up in my face as if I was wrong for wanting my money back. Buyers be aware of this location if you have money to throw away and don’t mind eating trash food with very poor nonchalant service even from the manager than go for it. I don’t know what is wrong with these people nowadays. It’s sad. I will never eat or spend a dime at this establishment ever again. Read moreSo I go in to get my pizza and see the guy with NO GLOVES making someone’s pizza he then wipes his hands on his pants and asks what my order was I told him and he let me know mine was on its way out. I have severe social anxiety so I wasn’t going to say anything and just throw it away when I got home. I stepped outside for a second and let my mom know what I was going to do and she said just go ask for a refund they can’t be mad for how you expect your pizza to be made. So I go back in and POLITELY let him know “not to be rude but may I get a refund” he asks why and I let him know “well I saw you making that pizza when I walked in and noticed you didn’t have gloves on then wiped your hands on your pants” he said he didn’t realize he did that and I let him know it was fine. He handed my receipt back and as I walked out the door he said very loudly “ANYWAYS”. One thing I did not do was be rude or come off as combative in anyway. Based on how the delivery driver looked and said absolutely nothing I could tell this wasn’t his first time being confronted about not wearing gloves.
