If I could give 0 I would ! My friend worked here for years and raved about the food I come here my first time ever eating from this place & Disgusting clearly this company has NEVER been to Philli . Who puts Mayo and lettuce on a philli cheesesteak . I would’ve just gotten thru but the texture of that meat made me throw Up! Idk what meat they use or why there was cut up turkey on a philli anyway . I talked with the manager to explain nicely how I just couldn’t eat this I had just thrown up after the first bite & im rushing to get back to work & they legit simply said we can’t refund it or remake it we will give you half off your next sandwich ..... listen respectfully keep that Babe ! I really dont like giving bad reviews I dont BUT...... today I ordered a Turkey melt to go I get home it's a turkey and provolone. The difference is one is cold and has onions and red peppers the other does not. I called up and asked for the right sandwich they were happy to make it again. I get there pick up the sandwich take it home without looking. Get home and it's the same sandwich just hot!! Really so I call back up again. And she tells me I made it myself that's a turkey melt. I told her I can bring it back up and show her it's not the melt it's the cold one just warmed. I show it to her and she says that is the melt!! So I had to show her the menu. And she still says the one with red peppers is the melt. So how do I want my melt. Lol learn your own...

Normally I have a pretty good food and customer service here. But today I called in an order for two mesquite spuds, got there ten minutes later, and waited in the lobby while I heard the entire 4 person team in the kitchen socializing about lottery tickets. I was the only customer. Got home with my food and there was NO JOKE a half inch of grease in the container, my potato barely stayed in the container because it was literally swimming in grease, if the potato itself was lighter, it would have floated.
