Wingstop — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

I unfortunately dont have anything nice to say about this Wingstop location. We placed an online order for pickup and it took a lot longer than expected for us to get our order. They were pretty busy so this was not super alarming, and wouldn’t have been worth mentioning if everything else hadn’t have been messed up. We received our food, checked the first box of wings on top and made sure we had the four ranches we ordered and the three sides of fry’s. It appeared okay. We ordered two orders of boneless wings and one order of traditional. All 3 boxes were boneless. Big disappointment for the person who wanted traditional. We ordered three sides of fry’s, one side with lemon pepper seasoning and one with Cajun seasoning. All three came with lemon pepper seasoning. Big disappointment for the person who doesn’t like lemon pepper seasoning. We ordered 4 sides of ranch and we got 4 sides of Blue Cheese, big disappointment for all, as no one likes blue cheese dressing. My order was the traditional wings with Cajun seasoning so my entire order was messed up. I was very disappointed and probably won’t be giving this location...

I had given up on Wingstop for years because the food was disgusting. Well, my client told me about this location; she said it was new and that they actually wash their hands. 2 ladies were working when I walked in, one washing her hands so I was excited. While the young manager may have been 19, I didn't know was the manager at the time was trying to ring me up 4 more employees walked in 2 went straight to the kitchen without washing their hands. I said to them u need to wash your hands and the worker replied I just came from next door. SMH

I asked for a manager that's when the 19 timid worker who was ringing me up said That's me. SMH I just walked out

I have ordered from this location three times. And all three times they have messed up my order. The first time we were missing fries and the wing flavors we were given were not the ones we ordered. We had to wait another 30 minutes for them to correct our order, which was still wrong. But we hadn’t recheck until we got home. The second time they gave us someone else’s order. And the third time we were missing wings. When we called they put the blame on door dash even though the order was placed through the wingstop website and the charge was...
