If you want first class service and entertainment, it is a must to go to the rotunda bar located in the hotel at Winstar world casino. I was greeted with a warm friendly smile by our gracious hostess for the evening Ruthanne Chrustawka ... Her service and efficiency were above and beyond expectations... As she catered to every request, made suggestions regarding the food and beverages. Tried the Shrimp Cocktail, Calamari, Spring Roles and Deep Fried Pickles. All were excellent! Ruthanne also introduced us to others who appear to be regulars there... I understand why... You’re treated like royalty and family at the same time. The bartenders here make this place awful!! Even when we were sitting there tipping them big, they just do not care!! The bartender (a man) names Tracy was the absolute worst. He was rude to me and my husband, even threatened my husband and arranged to meet him after work to fight! Literally came in to havr a bloody mary. The girl behind the bar was visiting with 2 guys from the place next door. Which is fine, no big deal. What the big deal was that 3 times she checked her watch and literally walked past my husband and i are sitting went out of the room walked back by us again and behind the bar again.
