Matadors Pizzeria — Restaurant in Oklahoma

I ordered 4 slices and asked if they had new pizza coming out bc the ones sitting looked very old. The guy had an attitude, rolled his eyes and asked someone else. He said it was fine. But then we changed it to the whole pizza instead, thinking they can just sell us the whole cheese pizza they were making. The girl said she could and so we waited and waited… after 22 mins I went to check on it bc they were getting busy and no one else was waiting as long as we were. I had seen a pizza sitting outside of the oven over 5 mins and was wondering if they were waiting to make that one or if it was made already. So when I asked about ours the cashier, now another guy, asked if ours was ready and he grabbed the one that was sitting on the rack that whole time! Boxed it and gave it to me. I said so it was ready the whole time?? Why didn’t yall give it to me when it was ready? The cashier wouldn’t answer, wouldn’t even make eye contact, just kept moving around to avoid answering. The guy that boxed it came up with a lame excuse that made no sense. Didn’t even give us plates like they did all the other people picking up got. So I sent my daughter up and he rolled his eyes like she was in the wrong. The lady was pretty nice but then she left to clean and...

Got two cold slices, didn't get a drink (knew better) Pizza was about as good as frozen in the grocery store, but wasn't hot. Then the employee came out to ''tell us'' , ''how is the pizza?''. When I told him it was cold and tasteless swear to you he said ''all right, great''! I haven't found the angle yet why all the casinos feature either really bad restaurants or really bad really expensive restaurants. (have a look at Mickey Mantle's menu, and what a steak costs) Things like, MC Donald's, pizza hut,Duncan donuts and taco mayo are ''upscale'' compared to what they have. And I just don't get it. If we came to the casino, it would be such a plus to be able to eat at a ''reasonable'' restaurant. Its not just this one. The Toby Keith's sucks there as well as their coffee places. And now, just recently they added an I hop.Like, what could anyone do wrong with an egg right?....ever had I hops strawberry crepes? Don't.......just don't. There has to be some sort of angle here. If you eat crappy food statistically you gamble more or something. However, I am a reasonable person. And reasonable people like reasonable stuff.....really...no matter what those...

Almost 20 bucks for 2 meals, and the drink that my wife got cost extra (since when does a meal not include a drink?). Furthermore, it took them nearly half an hour to make my wife's calzone, and when she asked about it, it was clear that they FORGOT about it and didn't even start making it until she reminded them. They didn't even offer a half-hearted apology.

Moreover, when we paid, we HAD to tip them; there was no option to NOT leave a tip. The smallest amount available is 15%, despite the fact that there's no actual SERVICE, since they just handed us my cold pizza and "cheese bread." Even when my wife's calzone was ready, she had to go get it; no one brought it to her. So what are we being forced to tip them for?

Also, I've had frozen pizza that tastes better than the unbelievably thin piece that I had. Not worth the time or money.
