First time going here with the family and the food was delicious! The menus are given attached to a metal slate with the Cowboys logo on the back. There is also a large book style menu at each table that is The food was served in generous portions for dinner. We had the cowboys cheese-steak, blue star burger, pepperoni pizza, and and order of game-day nachos as an appetizer. The pizza comes as a full 10" pie that you can even watch being cooked if you are seated near the open flame oven. The cheese-steak sandwich was.. exceptionally greasy. The shaved ribeye had so much grease that the bun ended up falling apart only a quarter into eating. One more thing, a woman seated at table next to us had ordered a Caesar salad seemed pretty disappointed when she saw it, and for good reason too. For $12, a salad should not be composed of entirely iceberg lettuce, there wasn't a single hint of romaine anywhere (maybe they ran out?). So if you go here maybe skip the salad, unless you're ok with paying a premium for iceberg lettuce.
In their defense, the rest of the food was absolutely wonderful! The game-day nachos had just the right amount of jalapeno / brisket ratio and the cheese served alongside was very tasty. The pizza wasn't too greasy and had a nice browned crust from the oven, and the burger (according to my mom) was "pretty cool". The staff were very friendly and informative about any questions we had regarding the menu. Would I recommend this place to eat? If you're a cowboys fan and want to experience the official team vibe packed into restaurant & bar, then absolutely. Just one note though, don't order the salad here, your money is too precious.
One more thing, I visited here on a Thursday around 1 p.m., so it was pretty quiet. But I'll warn you, this place can be packed very quick. I've been to the casino on the weekend and have seen long waiting lines out the entrance to grab a table. So if your hoping to eat and watch with friends or family on game day, get here early or you might be waiting half the game just...
Read moreI would come to Cowboys to order Almost everyday & spend $16 to $25 a day that adds up so you know this had to be my favorite place to eat. At first they will never get my order wrong. I am Assuming that there are two different cooks that are in at different times now the fries are great. I usually order a bacon pepperoni pizza No cheese Extra Marinara Sauce my pizza is always superior can't beat it when I come early, but if it's like after 4 or 5 my pizza is done wrong. I had to send it back told the waiter what I wanted & she repeated what I wanted outloud right she wrote down my order correctly becauseshe read it out loud correctly before she handed it to the cook. The cook got the order wrong pizza came out with cheese on it after I just told them NO cheese they took the pizza back remade another pizza pizza came out dry with LIGHT sauce little to no meat 😵on it when I clearly said EXTRA Marinara sauce when a customer says extra Marinara sauce that means they don't want a dry hard doughy pizza with no meat on it. Put my meat on there please! I shouldn't have to look for a waitress to give me napkins they should have that when they sat me at my table. Waiters don't be paying attention then when they got the order wrong twice the male server had a nasty attitude cursed at me & said the s word when I said I'll just pay for it. It's sad how the waiters never double checked to make sure the order was correct before they even delivered it to my table. I had to drive to Dominos to get my pizza because Cowboys restaurant couldn't get it right when I eat out its to relax, release stress, & to clear my mind that ruined my experience there made me even more...
Read moreFirst time to visit this restaurant. Dinner with two guests at 🏉 Dallas Cowboys Bar & Grill. We were greeted promply with warmth that one wouldn't expect at a sports bar & grill. Surprisingly, I can say it felt like family from the beginning to the end and everything in the middle. Their menu is spot on for a venu like this with a little home style mixed in. Serving everything from comfort food like country fried steak/chicken, mashed potatoes/gravy and veggies to burgers and fries. I had the the CFS. With this meal you better bring an extra helping of appetite. My guests had quesadillas and french fries with an amazingly good salsa. The other chose to have a burger with fries. All cooked to perfection. We shared a fried mushroom appetizer that would compete with any steakhouse and probably win. Their wide drinks menu selection will satisfy pretty much everyone's taste so pick your poison. The entire staff should be commended. Host, servers and kitchen staff. Our waitress Danielle was amazing. The service industry could learn a thing or two from her. All this and you get it at very reasonable price...
