The employee working that day was exceptionally friendly and respectful, providing one of the most pleasant interactions I've had in recent memory. Not only was the service top-notch, but the donuts themselves were a treat to behold - fresh, flavorful, and visually appealing. While they may not surpass the uniqueness of certain local chains, Daylight Donuts unquestionably outshines larger chains like Krispy Kreme. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment based on the wonderful experience I had today.

Mediocre donuts - not great, not terrible. The staff is usually pleasant. The last time I went in I asked the staff member to help me redeem my rewards points for a free coffee and donut. (Rewards system goes through Cash App for some reason). She knew the amount of points it took and what that got me. She seemed to struggle a bit to get her computer to accept it, and then asked me to use my credit card to initiate the transaction. I assumed she knew what she was doing, and then she asked for my phone number. After entering it into their system, she told me I was good to go. I thanked her and left, only to realize later that I still have my rewards points, and I also got charged on my credit card for the donut and coffee. I also received a text with my receipt and a message saying I can reply to Daylight Donuts. So I texted back and explained what happened. I got a response that evening saying they will troubleshoot and/or refund me the next day. After no response for a week, I texted again and got no response. Just not a professional way to handle a mistake on their end. It makes me not...

The doughnuts were special ordered for a birthday, today. They were ready On time and boxed nicely, and the lady working at our pickup location was very nice. However, the doughnut order itself didn’t go as well. Sounds like phone orders placed, are then called into a separate kitchen to prepare, and then routed to designated pickup location. Guessing all the steps is what messed up the order. We specifically requested no pink or purple frosting because it was for a boy (Gal and I on phone who took order specifically addressed color options of green, blue, yellow, oranges and ONLY boy colors, no pink or purple)...half of the doughnuts were pink and purple....the others were white and yellow....looked like a little girl’s Easter basket of doughnuts.
