The Honey Baked Ham Company — Restaurant in Olathe

I've had Honey Baked Ham Co. ham in the past over the years. I'm not a huge ham fan to begin with, but I do enjoy a good ham sandwich now and again.

My wife found out about this sandwich shop when researching Honey Baked for a potential Easter meal option. I didn't even know they had sandwich shops.

We went about a week ago, and this is my favorite counter/takeout sandwich place in the metro area.

My wife had the "Honey Baked" their classic on an amazing ciabatta roll and I had the something" club(can't recall the name). It was a portion of Honey Baked ham on top, and a portion of turkey on the bottom, but instead of another piece of bread in the middle it was a layer of 2 kinds of cheese and some awesome mayo/sauce of some kind and a layer of bacon. It was really, really good and we will be going back for sure.

I had no idea about this place and luckily I went in early for lunch to get stuff, because the place filled to the rafters behind me. The sell full meals of a ham plus sides for takeout/heat at home, plus all sorts of sides and interesting looking rum cakes of all flavors and carrot cake, etc. Everyone seemed to know about this place but me.

I basically give anything that I consider "best of " in the metro area my 5 star rating, and so far this is the best sandwich...

Who knew you could get the legendary honey baked ham when it’s not a holiday! Stumbled upon this gem one afternoon. The woman who greeted me was super kind and had no problem answering my plethora of questions as I was shocked that I could order sliders and not an entire ham or turkey! Not only was the woman working incredibly sweet, but the sliders were so tasty. I got the garlic herb turkey sliders and they were mouth watering. 10/10 recommend giving this place a try. My second visit I found out the woman I had spoke with on trip one was the manager. She wasn’t currently here for our second trip. But the other two ladies who helped my son and I were equally as pleasant. Cannot say enough nice things about...

We had an event and wanted to special order some ham sandwich sliders. The manager was so accommodating and even though they didn’t have those on the menu they were still able to get us what we wanted. When we went to pick them up the day of the event they weren’t quite ready yet, but the manager offered to discount our price and compensate us with a platter of cookies. She even took the time to call and offer to deliver the order since she knew we were busy preparing for our event. The customer service and items we received could not have been better.
