Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Olathe

Super bummed to be having to write a poor review about Starbucks but dang. I keep giving this location chance after chance because its so close to work but today was too much. I ordered a Toasted White Chocolate Mocha, super simple right? No. It was made iced, then when the girl handed it to me I asked if there was anyway to get it made hot because I didnt realize it came iced, she seemed apologetic and had the guy remake it, he was not so pleased. I looked back on my mobile order and I definitely didn't order it iced. It takes 10 minutes to remake , keep in mind, I'm on a 30 minute break which is why I LOVE the mobile order option.. with other locations... I finally get the remade one and it tastes like sludge. I called the store on my way back to work because I was out of time and was told the manager was unavailable for awhile.... COME ON STARBUCKS. GET IT TOGEHTER. Scooter's is coming close to taking your spot on my daily...

Tried to give me a damaged cup, that wouldn't allow the lid to fit, which then spilled all over myself and my car after the exchange at the window in the drive-thru. Person just then "helped" by holding this disaster of a cup while I had to scramble to find something to try and wipe things up.

Eventually asked if I was ok, then just put my half empty old, busted cup inside new cup.... Had to ask for a refill... And then discovered they proceed to stick a new lid on top of the same old busted cup inside a new cup now, and just give it to me.

Discovered it was the old lid when I turned the corner and had the pleasant experience of hot coffee spilling all over my car and myself again when that lid came off the same original busted cup. Had to turn around, go back inside l, and was finally able to have them just transfer it to a new cup that didn't have a damaged ring and spilled coffee all over the outside. Fingers crossed...

I went there today to get drinks for my coworkers which I do regularly, I believe I told the barista that every drink had to be iced and she had given me one that was hot, I felt bad that she had to remake it but then she said that I should have to her before hand and started to get an attitude and throwing things around to the point where I got splashed with coffee on my shirt.. I used to be a barista and that was very unprofessional I know it sucks that you have to remake things sometimes but it was a simple mistake that could have been resolved without that outcome and honestly it makes me not want...
