This store definitely needs organization and customer service training. Upon walking inside to pick up my mobile order (which I had placed ten minutes earlier) there was a group of people already standing before me. I couldn't tell if people were waiting to order or if they were waiting for food. I found out by another customer that there was one line for mobile orders and another line for people ordering inside. Okay... Obviously, it was super busy for a Wednesday night as the inside and drive through were packed... although come to think of it, maybe there was another reason why customers were so backed up... Anyway, I waited on line for fifteen minutes and the lady in front of me said she had been waiting for twenty minutes. People who had just come inside the store to order food on the spot after I and the other mobile orders had already been there, were getting their food before us. In the midst of all of this, many people are going up to the counter and saying they were missing food. So I'm waiting there and its been fifteen minutes, and then an employee shouted out " If you placed a mobile order you need to check in with me first!"

Fifteen minutes later, and someone shouts this out? When I went up to the counter to check in, I could see that behind the scenes it was a mess. Order tickets were piled up and the one employee was overwhelmed sorting through the pile to find the orders. Mine wasn't there. They had to read off my e-mail receipt to make my order. Also, the one employee dealing with the customers had no idea what to do. Not his fault. It came off like no one taught him how to talk to the customers, be attentive to who has been waiting a long time, and know which customers to prioritize first. I felt bad for him. He was lost in the chaos. The manager of the store finally addressed me and had to look at my phone to get my order ready. He was super nice when finally handling my order, however when I got home one of my items was incorrect after all that waiting. :/ The food itself was great though. Read moreTheir food is service is good. But here is the reason why only 3 stars. The feedback I have is the following two things. Both are pretty important. One, the ordering system and headphones are down (has been down IIRC for several months now), so it backs up the orders, creating a very inefficient drive-thru. Because people have to order at window and wait for the order. If you have 3-4 cars in front of you, I can imagine some people being pretty rude/unpleasant when they get to the window.
Lastly, their receipts are barely visible, and they will only give you one if you ask for it. And even then, they seem like it is an inconvenience. I feel like they purposely not give you a receipt. This is speculation, so take with a grain of salt.
As i said before, they never provide a receipt unless you ask specifically. Which, I've had fast food experience, and providing a receipt is standard practice unless the customer says no. This leads me to the point i want to make. In the past, I have had two or three orders messed up. I don't find out until I get home. When I call to get help, they ask for the receipt and order number (which they never provided to me in the first place) and when I told them they never gave us a receipt, they said they can't help unless we had a receipt. Which seems really convenient for them.
So now, I always ask for a receipt, and even then, the receipt is barely visible because of the bad printer they use.
So, all that said. They do well with their food, and the service is good when you can provide a receipt. So my only gripe is to fix the receipt printer and the ordering system. I'm sure the staff are just as frustrated not having a headset and system to take...
Read moreI love Popeyes, its my favorite treat myself fast food. That being said my experience at this location yesterday was awful. When I arrived there was maybe 6 people in the resteraunt and from the looks of the drive through about 4 cars to give context. I ordered probably 5 min after I got in the resteraunt. 25 minutes after 1 guy gets served and says good luck to another its been an hour and 15 min to get my food. This was not a large order. Most people in that line had been there 45 to 1 hr waiting. I go up to speak with the (cashier/ come to find out manager) to get refunded I don't have the time. This dude walks back to the front and starts putting stickers on empty boxes. I get his attention after a side eye/glare from him I ask for a refund. 30 min in 1 person served. As I'm waiting for him to figure out the computer he was clearly very high someone called in to complain when he said he was the manager and proceeded to swear at the person over the phone. In the process of this transaction and phone call he goes and locks the door. I ask for my receipt and he doesn't refund my order but someone else's that was a couple dollars less than mine.
