Ordered online at 7:08am a Coffee and a wake up wrap. Arrived there at 7:13AM only to find a coffee. They were not busy and had only one person at the counter at a time while I was there. But what I noticed was that there was a trainee working a certain area and three other adults which seemed like owners or managers. I just hovered around to get someone’s attention and finally the new person came over and asked what I’m waiting for. I told her about the missing wrap, and she apologized and started working on it.
The reason for the poor review is that at this time rather than someone helping the poor new girl, the three other people continue to do what they were doing & talking. One lady gave the new girl some instructions but at no point anyone realized that this is a delayed order and maybe we should help. I finally got my order at 7:22am and left. To the credit of the new girl, she apologized and smiled as I was leaving. The owners of this location and or managers should do a better job in training new people and staying on top of things, not to mention better customer service in recognizing a customer that is just standing there...

Today, thinking ahead, I placed an order as I drove south on the parkway. Just 5 minutes away, I anticipated a quick grab of my coffee and Boston cream donuts. To my dismay, neither my coffee nor my donuts were ready; they weren't even in a bag. Surprisingly, the place wasn't crowded; there were no customers around. It's baffling that despite the emptiness, the service was sluggish. I can't help but express my frustration. The contrast between my expectation of a swift process and the reality of an unprepared order in an almost empty space is disheartening. I would have understood a delay in a busy setting, but this situation leaves me genuinely upset. It's disconcerting when even a strategic decision to order ahead doesn't alleviate the wait, especially in the absence of a crowd. Read moreWorst dunkin by far ! 9:30 am I went in to this dunkin , prior to me ordering my food I watched a lady in front of me experience the dunkin employee sneeze Into the glove and parchment paper before grabbing her donut, the lady asked for a new one which the employee gave her then put the donut in question back on the shelf. I still order my coffee hoping that this was just a mistake on the employees behalf but I was wrong ! This dunkin donuts is just gross! After ordering my coffee I was waiting to the side watching the man employee make some food , then it happen another test .
