Went in store yesterday, 6/4, about 12pm, ordered ice latte and grilled cheese. The manager took my order and did not ask if I wanted whip cream, but I was handed a drink with whip cream. I advised an associate, Hispanic female I did not ask for whip cream. She took the drink and brought it back without the whip cream, but the cup was not full, plus the latte was white, not enough expresso. I advised her of both, she got rude, disrespectful and indignant, refused to add more milk or expresso. Ask for manager, manager advised her to fix, she became rude again, talking about me to the manager, while I'm watching. I advised I will call corporate if my drink is not made the proper way, also advised her she's being disrespectful and rude. Manager told me I had to pay for extra expresso, despite the disrespect by the employee. I asked the manager, how many shots of expresso was placed in my drink originally twice, she did not respond, only said it's a medium. What does that have to do with my question. Very horrible experience, will not go there again. The employee was very rude, out of line and disrespectful. Who does she think she is talking to/ and about me that way. Poor customer service. She needs training on customer service. Plus the grilled cheese was horrible, hard bread, over toasted, was not even cut in half. Never again. I have no issues when I visit other dunkin donuts. Don't assume everyone wants whip cream, and the cup should be full, money...
Read moreAs a former employee and shift leader in this store, I hope management takes the time to read this. I placed A mobile order for a cup of coffee and a doughnut. When I arrived at the store it of course, was not ready. I stood there for 10 minutes, watching people standing around and making their own personal beverages, someone finally asked me if I was waiting for a mobile order. I said yes, and he just stood there with his arms folded staring off in space. About five minutes after that, I am told that the donut I ordered they didn’t have and would I like another one, so I chose another donut and he placed it on the counter and looked completely dumbfounded when I told him that there was also a coffee that I was waiting on , it was sitting behind the counter the whole time I was standing there and no one noticed. Management, with all the people you have working there you would think that a simple mobile order would not be that difficult considering there was only one car in the drive-thru. Need to retrain all your staff to provide much better customer service , especially to the one woman worker there who constantly looks like she has a frown on her face. It does not make people feel...
Read moreI recently had an extremely disappointing experience at your establishment. It is clear that the employees need much better training. We waited 15 minutes for two drinks, watching them being made, only to see our order marked as ready, then cleared, and then mistakenly put at the drive-through. We had placed our order at the kiosk inside.
When I asked an employee about the mix-up with the drinks, she stared blankly at me with no response. Another employee eventually came over and helped get the drinks to us, but they were also confused about why the drinks were in the drive-through queue. If we hadn't pointed out the mistake, our drinks would have gone to a drive-through customer.
After this frustrating mix-up, we finally got to our car and discovered that my drink was made with liquid sugar instead of the regular sugar I requested. This kind of substitution is unacceptable, especially when I'm paying for a specific product.
It seems that every time we visit, there is an issue. Proper training and quality control are essential to ensure a better customer experience. Until these problems are addressed, I cannot recommend...
