   Read moreOrdered food for a party which was a hot and cold buffet. The order included 4 hot dishes and 2 cold cut platters. The day of the event we picked up the food and stored the 2 cold cut platters in our refrigerator until the party. The food was served inside and the a/c was on in the house. After everyone helped themselves, we put the cold cuts away in tupperware containers so they would stay refrigerated. The next day I went to make a sandwich and they smelled a little like they were going bad. I ate some of the ham and it was slimy and didn't taste right. The next morning (2 days after the party) I opened the container and the whole thing was ransed. I opened the other container and the same thing. I called to speak to the owner who was not there I left my name and number and asked to have him call back. I called again 2 hours later and still not there. Later that afternoon my son returned the sterno racks and pans as promised and the owner laced into him saying he didn't know what was wrong with him and his mother and that we were lying and that it was our fault the cold cuts went bad. He said there was nothing he would do about it my son walked out seething mad. He called to tell me what happened and right away my husband called the owner. He explained the course of events the day we picked up the order and George, the owner, insisted it was our fault and wouldn't do anything about it. This was the third time we got a catering order from them and it will be the last for sure! I placed my order originally with George and he was very ornary. Dealing with his wife Berta is better - she has the personality. I guess giving almost $600 worth of business in a catering order means nothing to this establishment and they don't care if they get repeat business...I certainly will not EVER buy as much as a crumb of bread from them. First we called to place an order for delivery and she said "she's out on a delivery, I do not know when she will be back so do you still want the order." I have never heard such a thing. We also asked for a total and she could not give us a total so we asked if she can call back. When we did get our food the delivery girl was very pleasant but our order was all wrong. We ordered erros (Ham and cheese) sandwhich ( yes we had an outdated menu) However we said the name and I received a chicken parm. We ordered waffle fries with cheese and it wad listed on the receipt correct but no cheese. We than got the old bridge cheesesteak but on white bread. All we got was meat on toast. When I told the lady she said because we ordered on white bread everything else was extra. Well the price was the same. All she had said was well sorry but I cant help you looked at the wrong menu. This was extremely bad customer service in my opinion.
