Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Old Bridge

I have been a loyal customer to this particular Domino's location for the last 6 years. Although I live (literally) 500 ft from it, I have always tipped generously to their drivers ($4-5) every time. I work long hours and often my only convenient food option is Dominos.. Usually I call in my orders at around 11:45pm (this location closes at 12am) - which is why I tend to tip generously.

I understand that they are 15 minutes from closing - but business is business. (I am a district manager for a particular company and I am entirely familiar with what makes a good customer experience in any industry)

I would love to know why I was told in a poor tone "You always call late.." and then have my BUSINESS refused.

I would love to make the owner of this store aware that his staff is turning away $$$ during BUSINESS HOURS.

Horrible and rude customer service. The order was delayed, extremely cold and was not even delivered with everything that was ordered and paid for. Multiple follow-ups, but no response. Once I got thru, store manager placed my phone on hold thinking it was hung up, but I could hear all the foul language she was using to address me. For every question she said she doesn't know. The delivery person dropped the food and when questioned about the missing items, he said its out of stock. When called the store they say it is in stock and was sent. Seriously no coordination or checks done before the order left the store. We have been ordering from this location for long but going unfortunately time to...
